I really do not know what to say, they are not cheap, it’s okay! At at least you need to be tasty a little bit. After my first bite of caramel latte, I directly throw it away to the dustbin. Really can not stand it. Do not waste your money. Will not come here again.

Love this Peet’s! They make a very good decaf iced coffee and their regular iced coffee is cold brew which is amazing. Sometimes the iced coffee is a bit too weak, but it’s almost always great. White mochas are good here, not too sweet. $ 1 refills on coffee and tea(iced or hot) while you’re in store. This store has a good amount of indoor seating, and there are some tables and umbrellas outside. The baristas are generally very friendly. Parking can be difficult between 11:30am-1:30pm and 4:30pm-6:30pm but you should still be able to find a spot farther away. Wish they had a warming oven.

Their coffees are really good. The staff is super friendly. Try the dirty chai!!! It is soooo good if you are a chai and espresso lover :)

Peet’s has the freshest & best variety of pastries over Starbucks hands down, which is the main reason I switched to Peet’s and now love their coffee, too! It’s hard to decide which pastry to get. There’s also seating outside, which is good because aside from some counter seats by the window, inside seating is limited. I’ve never encountered bad service as noted by some reviews and generally go in the morning before work. I miss the maple latte served in the fall and was addicted to the black tie when it first was introduced.

Awesome coffee, brewed with a rich and bold flavor yet not burnt which is more than I can say about other coffee shops I’ve been to. I used to work at sfo airport and the peet’s Coffee I ordered daily was extremely watered down. The ambiance here is pretty nice as well. Overall, quick service, amazing coffee, and awesome ambiance would make it my daily coffee shop had it not been for my commute. Would definitely recommend!

My go to Peets. Always fast, always friendly and also have vegan cookies in stock. Some times I get the Joe to go for work and they always supply me with lots of goodies to go with it, including soy milk. Yummy!

Peets blows away Starbucks again and this one is consistent with the things we love. Dim, smooth lighting and stronger coffee mixed with good service and care! They are all very much the same in a good way! Enjoy!

Salted caramel was delicious! Asked for it to be extra hot and they were on point!!! Used the Unilocal check in offer to get $ 1 off!

This is my go-to coffee place. Awesome almond milk lattes(low carb AND low fat!) which Starbucks doesn’t have. All of the Baristas and the owner do their best to get to know your name and sometimes even your drink if you are a regular. Everyone is nice and the place is clean. The coffee is strong(which I love); if you don’t then you can always ask for it to be scaled back or add water I suppose. I like my coffee with a kick!

Came here with my volleyball crew and I never had Peet’s before.(I’m not from Cali) SO I walk in and ask my friends is this place really better than Starbucks? The barista yells out YESSSSS. Hahahaha… I like that stuff, anyway she(Barista) started talking about how she is from Seattle and the way they brew their coffee is 100 times better. I had a salty caramel latte. It was great especially because it was cold outside but as far as being better than Starbucks I couldn’t really tell that much of a difference. I’m not a big coffee drinker though. The coffee shop was pretty big. There were multiple groups around and the latte came out in like 4 minutes after I ordered it. As far as service and quality this place is awesome … If Peet’s gets a rewards app like Starbucks I might convert over… No coffee can be good in the mouth that does not first send a sweet offering of odor to the nostrils. ~Henry Ward Beecher

I always love the idea to sip a cup of Hot Chai Latte /Hot Chocolate at any Peet’s store, for Peet’s Coffee & Tea is my most favorite Beverage stop! This particular facility is one of the few stores opened early morning & late hours, 5 am until 10 pm, Monday through Saturday(6 am to 9 pm on Sundays), which I’m totally impressed. Tried their New Holiday Drinks ‘Salted Caramel Macchiato’ & ‘Cinnamon Hazelnut Latte’ during my recent visit with the hubby, 1 $ offer — definitely worth it! However, I somehow fall more on the Cinnamon Hazelnut Latte ;), their Cinnamon is so good & flavorful, sticks to my taste buds dearly!!! Staff here are very helpful & sincere even during closing hours. One of them was even courteous & gracious enough to show me their Masala Chai(the one they use to prepare Chai Lattes) when I asked(I’m a huge fan of this particular flavor). Really Appreciate their friendliness! There is ample parking as it is located inside Rivermark plaza. Good seating both inside & outside. Fairly medium sized store with decent ambiance, having great glass window view too, which is where I love to relax, joyfully hopping on those High chairs. They don’t mind customers with laptops hanging in there for a longer time, obviously a customer friendly place. Like any other beverage spot, they also have exciting & enticing signature items on sale. Find them if interested. But, honestly, they are pricey according to me. Well, will keep hitting the store until I get bored!

good-size peet’s location at rivermark village, and one of the few businesses open at the crack of dawn on saturday morning, which is when i’m usually there. amazingly, there are quite a few customers here at such an early hour on a saturday, as i see folks with their laptops and others with their newspaper; everyone with a cup ‘o joe and/or a pastry to accompany their device of choice. restrooms are conveniently located by one of the entrances, one for the men, one for the women, and fortunately, no wait at such an early hour. although, on occasion, i have felt that the restrooms could use a bit more attention to cleanliness. there is ample seating inside as well as several tables outside, which i love to take advantage of on a sunny day. the service provided is pretty standard, average, and i’ve never had any issues with my order. parking is immediately outside the storefront, if you can score rockstar parking, else there is ample parking inside rivermark village.

Can someone please hand this cashier the Peets Barista job description so she can reread and resign it because it seems like she forgot what she signed up for? I came here in such a great mood, happy and excited to get my bitter sweet espresso drink that I’ve been waiting for all morning! I came out with a sad and disappointed face. this is exactly what I told my boyfriend right when I came out«wow! What an energy sucker… « When I got inside there were 4 customers ahead of me. 1 worker working by the coffee beans side(girl wear glasses) who didn’t bother greeting us when we came in. I mean whatever… She made an eye contact with me and proceeds to what she’s doing like we didn’t exist. Couple minutes later she finally realize that the line isn’t moving fast enough and finally went on register. She took my order. To be honest, she did not smile nor thank me after the transaction. Her facial reaction is readable that when she asked me what was my drink again since she did not hear me the first time, she looked irritated as hell! As if it was my fault that her mind is somewhere else. Oh dam I was having a great morning then this happened! I should of stayed home and made my own coffee. Drink here is consistent th0.

Nothing better than a Peet’s coffee. I wouldn’t mind seeing less Starbucks and more Peet’s.

I come here because 1) it’s convenient 2) most baristas @Starbucks incorrectly make a cappuccino like a latte. Other than that, it’s just ok. The drinks: nothing great, but again better than nearby Starbucks. Don’t recommend their new Black Tie. A few friends got it and I tried some. It’s more like a sugary/creamy drink than coffee, and I’m about the coffee. Sweetened condensed milk + half and half are overkill. Service: hit or miss. Cashiers are usually pleasant, but the baristas can get snappy.

For a chain coffee place that is supposed to be different than Charbucks, the quality of the espresso is amazingly close to the subpar quality and taste of Charbucks. I used to love Peet’s, but some years ago seeing that Charbucks had somehow become the gold standard of coffee, they changed their roasting to emulate their primary competition. Anyway, the espresso had a gritty quality. It started off bitter when fresh and hot and never really got better as it cooled.

I fell hard, in love, at first sight here… First off, the coffee review. This is a popular Peet’s location and super crowded in the morning. Expect a line as there was a line every day we visited. The baristas work their magic and get people in and out as quickly as possible without compromising the quality of the drinks. The hummingbird bread is a nice slice of goodness with a cream cheese topping topped with sunflower seeds, sort of like a carrot cake sans carrot, avail in N Cal Peet’s. So onto the love story, I fell in love with the most beautiful black Newfoundland who was sitting outside this Peet’s location with his owner. There are a few breeds of dogs that I go nuts for, Newfoundlands and Golden doodles are my favorites because they are such big hunks of fluffy love, like giant stuffed animals. Newfoundlands in particular are big and strong and they have the fascinating natural instincts to be water rescue dogs. They can dive and rescue humans and drowning victims from the water. The dog was absolutely gorgeous, somewhat of a smaller breed than some of the other Newfoundlands I have seen, and completely loveable. I actually hoped I would see him again and looked for him on each of my following visits to this Peet’s while in the area but sadly didn’t see him again… Sigh. If you see him sitting in front of this location give him a hug from me!

I love Peet’s. The coffee is great, espresso tasty, the drinks are always the same at each location. Almond milk now? THANKYOU. And there’s constantly deals for $ 1 off any drink when you fill out a brief customer survey. I love the Rivermark Shopping Center location in Santa Clara because it’s close to my office and the employees are super friendly, remember your name and make sure you’re taken care of at each visit.

This location tends to be my go-to coffee shop due to its convenience, location, and later-hours than the nearby Starbucks or other coffee shop locations. Plus, it’s on the way to work! Service here is pretty spot on. The shop is never too crowded(even if the parking lot is!), there’s plenty of seating, and the clientele is typically very quiet. I always order the Caffe Freddo, which is Peet’s version of a Starbuck’s Coffee Frappucino. There’s usually a Unilocal check-in offer, which consists of $ 1 off a certain type of beverage. It’s worth taking advantage of.
