I’m extremely sorry that Unilocal doesn’t go bellow one star. This guy is a piece of work. I paid him $ 500 to install a door. He took out the old door put the new one in the door jam. Then it came time for the interior and outer trim. The door vendor ‘forgot’ to deliver the inner trim. This was not his fault; however, the guy installed the outer trim, and without looking at it closely it looked reasonable, until he got paid and left. Then I saw that he had left a ¾ inch gap between the trim and stucco!
All the time he was telling me how you «can’t find good talented people» like him any more. This guy is a piece of work. Watch out!
