I regret stopping here this morning. There weren’t many options to choose from which is very disappointing for a bagel shop. The staff was slow and unorganized and not customer friendly. One of the staff members(the only blonde one) was yelling at the other staff about the process, maybe she should worry about making more bagels for the customers. I also wasn’t offered a receipt or the special survey like the group o five men behind me. I won’t be coming here again.

Probably the worst customer service I ever had. There is a guy name«Scott» who works there. I don’t know what is his problem, but seems like he either hates his job or he hates all the people in the universe. Or He just watched too many Korean gangster movies. I went there last Friday. He was the guy at the counter. His attitude was so rude and he was making this facial expression that he wants to fight me. So, I thought ok, maybe he is having rough day. I let it pass. Today, I went there again. He was there again. Still the same attitude, same facial expression, same starring. So, I decided to write this review. Their customer service is sucks. I don’t know how is he still working there. Im really concerned about their business.

This is our favorite place for bagels, we are here at on morning weekends and it’s packed, but they’re fast . Our favorite is the nova lox, good amount of lox and cream cheese, capers, tomato, it’s a good portion. Once they where confused with my order and I didn’t mind, not big deal, but the manager gave us free coffee for 2. And fixed my order. They’re always nice. We love it !

Staff is pretty friendly but they are ALWAYS out of things. Today it was six cheese bagels and cucumber. The whole fruit that comes with the nova lox is past its prime. Come on, Noah’s!

Worst Noah’s ever. Don’t go here. Crappy service and they run out of half of the variety of bagel by 9:30 on weekends. Never again.

The two middle aged women working this morning didn’t seem so pleasant to anyone. Don’t work at a breakfast place if you aren’t a morning person.

The people who work here are so nice but man, the food sucks. I’m not sure if the bagel recipe is changing but I’ve noticed the last few times that I’ve been it is like the bagels are underbaked and undertoasted. They’ve also stopped carrying soups for lunch(they weren’t selling– I get it) and any time I’ve had the breakfast sandwiches they’ve been a wreck– not cut properly, ingredients spilling out, cold in the middle, generally slop. The Chelsea coffee is decent but today they were out so I tried another type– is was way the hell burned. I think this is my last visit here.

Their customer service is lacking. The first few times I got angel at this location I ordered a Pumpernickel bagel with plain cream cheese. Each time my pumpernickel bagel would have the faintest taste of onion. I questioned whether or not the employees making my bagels used clean knifes for my spread but decided the onion taste was likely due to the bagel. The second to last time I came in I ordered a pumpernickel bagel again. When I got home I realized they had actually given me a pumpkin bagel by accident, oh well. It was actually pretty good! But there again was that onion taste. No way the pumpkin bagel had chives as one of the ingredients! Today was definitely the last time I’ll come in. I ordered a pumpkin bagel and noticed the lady taking my order put a plain bagel on the counter instead. When I pointed it out she gave me unnecessary attitude and was actually pretty mean when she told me «well, someone would have figured it out eventually.» I was pretty taken aback but brushed it off. 20 minutes later I still have not gotten my bagel an I noticed that many other people were also still waiting on their food. The employees making the food were arguing loudly with each other and appeared to be really confused about peoples order. Finally an order for«Hugo» goes out and when«Hugo» and hid girlfriend(I assume) walk up to the counter the employee reads aloud the bagel that she’s presenting and says she remembers«Hugo’s» order and that the bagel wasn’t his. So then the employee continues to call for«Hugo.» When Hugo’s girlfriend approaches the employee and asks if it’s an asiago bagel, the employee gets obviously frustrated at her and says«no! It’s not yours!» Then 5 seconds later looks back up to the screen, looks at the bagel and says«whoops! It is an asiago bagel, here you go!» Everyone around us looked understandably uncomfortable by how rude and short the employee had been to these customers.

Ali and Angelina were delightful. I felt so well taken care of, appreciated, and fully satisfied. My banana strawberry smoothie is perfect and delicious and I am eagerly anticipating diving into the box of bagels when I get home. Thank you for a wonderful experience I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the area

It’s Noah’s. I got a breakfast bagel And as I write this at 11pm I wish I had one. Lol. Nice staff except for the delivery girl who I held the door open for who didn’t even acknowledge me but maybe her mind and manners were else where. I’ll be back. I just wish they had the bagel thins

Working on Thanksgiving doesn’t mean you can give your customers attitude. Amelia rang us up. I was asking if they sell just regular strawberry smoothies. She said we have a Strawberry smoothie or Mixed berry smoothie.(It’s actually called strawberry banana smoothie… but I’m allergic to bananas, which is why I asked her). Then rudely she goes, OK, what do you want??? … I said, I just want a strawberry smoothie. And she said ok. Why was that so difficult? Then I asked her if we could also get the $ 25 gift card because they give you a free $ 5. She pointed towards the door and said, it’s right there. I didn’t know where it was but I assumed we buy it separately or something since she didn’t specify. She I said oh ok. Then she said, it’s literally right th– ugh nevermind I’ll get it. She walks 3 steps and grabs the gift cards and rudely says, we usually have our customers bring the gift cards to the register before you order. … Jeez. Happy Thanksgiving.
