This place is not even AT&T! It seemed to good to be true. They are sleezy trying to make a quick dollar. I went in there to upgrade my husband’s phone and add him on to my acct. Things went well, and the salesman was nice. He went home to set his phone up (e.g. email and BBM), but it was not working. Therefore, we went to a different AT&T to see what was going on. Turns out they created a whole new account (instead of just either updating his previous account OR adding on to mine) and they didn’t included the data package like they said they would so he wouldn’t be charged standard usage charges. I am very disappointed in our salesman’s shadiness. After all, I expected more from an ASSISTANT MANAGER!

Since this is not a corporate store, do not buy from them! they have horrible customer service, they are only interested in making their quick buck, as opposed to helping you out. The REAL at&t store is actually just a short walk down the mall, so if you see an «at&t» kiosk by the apple store, avoid it and keep walking.
