Truly a very nice high-end condo in the heart of hi-tech. Most of the residents seem to be engineers or professionals. There is also a very active resident mailing list where people can get help from fellow neighbors. Clubhouse has pool table, kitchen, and a movie theater with leather recliners. Pool and jacuzzi are always clean and beautiful; there is also a 24hr gym. The units are well built with nice bright open floorplans, and good sound proofing.
Guest parking can be hard to find, but there is plenty of street parking by Rivermark Plaza, which by the way, also has a brand new LIBRARY and a huge field with park — great for kids!

I have lived here for 9 years and I love it. The grounds are always well maintained. The neighbors are great. You can’t beat the area… walking distance from restaurants, grocery shopping and the new Niner stadium. As far as the parking goes… it is good. There are about 20 spots up top and 20 below for guests… I guess the other Unilocaler didn’t realize there was underground guest parking. I also love my home… it feels modern and is made with good quality materials.

I came here twice for a friend’s function which she threw in her Clubhouse. The condo’s are beautiful, the area is beautiful and even down the street from there, there is a huge plaza filled with restaurants and little places to shop. The only complaint that I have is the parking. It is HORRIBLE! How are you going to have that many condo’s and have only 10 spaces in the front for guests and everyone else has to find street parking!

For the location, this is the best condo/apartment like building!
* Upscale luxury with plenty of amenities
* Quick walk to all the restaurant and shops and a 24 hour Safeway
* Plenty of Elevators — no need to take the stairs to lug your groceries, ever!
* Underground parking
* Security Patrol
* Great breezes and insulation. My bills are usually less than $ 20/month
* Swimming pool is not too hot, not too cold, but just right. It would be nicer if it was opened for more than just the summer though.
* 24 hour gym
* Nice neighbors, peaceful environment, not a lot of kids and pets running around being noisy
* The top floors have lofty ceilings
* Responsive HOA
