This place was difficult to find, and required searching the plaza. Though the guy was polite, he was a bit less proffessional. I told him about my cracked S3 screen and he told me they would just send it to the actual repair shop location in east SJ, which means if you want a same day repair it probably won’t be here. The clerk looked at my phone, but didn’t see, to be knowledgeable and didn’t even take a close look at the problems/​condition, and so couldn’t tell me if the phone’s sensor was damaged or jot. He gave the actual repairman a call and didn’t describe the condition well, and got back tp me with two choices: $ 130 for a new screen, or $ 180 for a new screen and for them to fix the sensors. I declinded and he greeted me off. I ended up getting my phone repaired at Cell Fone instead within 1 hour, and for $ 77, and the sensors evidently weren’t broken.

This seems to be a satellite shop – their main one is at Tully Road. They replaced the screen on a Samsung S3 phone for a very reasonable price compared to other shops in the area, and in addition they offered a $ 20 for $ 10 Unilocal coupon. They estimated about 3 hours to replace the screen, and got it done in about that time – maybe ½ hr longer. They did a great job; the screen looks like new. There was a little snafu when redeeming the coupon, which is partly my fault for not checking the bill before swiping the credit card, but they gave me a new phone case in exchange, so it worked out OK for me. I will definitely I will go back to this shop if I need another phone screen fixed.
