I called yesterday and was given the impression that I would be taken care of. «Yeah, come on in after you get off at 4pm!» Umm. So I get there today to find 3 people waiting. It’s around 4:30 by this time and I get turned away because they close @ 5pm.
In conclusion, I faded my own hair and did a damn good job. From here on out I think I’ll save the time, money & inconvenience.

Chris did a good haircut for me. She charges $ 12 flat. Only thing is she only accepts cash.

Small local place that’s been there 30 years… according to the wonderful Chris herself. Perhaps not the prettiest place in the area, but very welcoming and comfortable. Chris is the sweetest lady and cut my hair exactly how I like it… zero fade and a little longer in the front. If nothing else I’ll become a regular because she called me «Young One» the entire time. Seriously, can’t beat the service, can’t beat the cut and can’t beat the price. Location is nice for us too ;)

If you are looking for a fully loaded salon with flat screen tv’s everywhere and marble, you can stop reading this review.
However, if you are looking a super nice lady with more than 30 years of experience cutting hair, working fast and great quality than this is the place for you.
Although it doesn’t look like much inside and outside, Chris does exactly what the sign says, cuts hair! No BS, no games, straight to the point!
She probably forgot more things than the hair dressers at MasterCuts haven’t even learned.
Very recommended!

Just came back from getting my son’s hair cut, He’s almost 2 yrs old, and gets a 2 on the Top and 1 on the sides…
Small hole in the wall place, But these are places we want in our neighborhoods… Family Owned and very welcoming.
I was always taking my son to the East side of San Jose, because I liked the way they cut his hair… But this place was way to busy and Dirty.
BUT NOT NO MORE… Chris is the Owner and she was so sweet to my son and did an AWESOME job, a very well done fade and it was only $ 8.
Thank You lord that she lives walking distance from my house.
I will be taking my son every Thursday for a clean up.
I would def recommend her to family and friends
