Allen knows his stuff. I brought him an old, tired, beat up, slow and virus-​laden laptop. I was about to buy a new laptop but decided to give Allen a crack at it. He cleaned up my laptop, removed spyware, added memory and did his magic. My laptop is just like new again and I couldn’t be happier. Don’t let the disheveled appearance of his office deter you. Its just the sign of a genius at work! He is a former design engineer that decided to go into business for himself And I’m glad he did. Highly recommend him!

Even though I didnt have the opportunity to use their services, i’m a happy camper because of the response I received. I contacted Computer Direct Wholesale because I thought a virus had infected my computer and wiped all of the files, but fortunately the files were just hidden by the virus. It, was a Saturday afternoon and I was informed that they will be open again on Monday and that i should contact them at that time.
In the mean time, I got in touch with a few of my computer geek friends and they helped me solve the problem. On Monday, I had completely forgotten about the issue, but Fardad called me and asked me if everything was OK. I was impressed by his follow-​up. He even asked me how I ended up solving the problem and gave me some future advice on how to avoid such issues.
Would recommend him based on his responsiveness and advice!

Avoid this place at all costs! Will over charge and then not fix problem. He does not know what he is doing!
