Briarwood Garden Apartments

I don’t know who is in charge in this place but it’s clear they are not so serious about what they do because I called numerous times on different days to talk the office and nobody ever picked up. I had to drive to location to write down the number of the cellphone of the manager in charge that I found on the door of the office. I called that number and the lady who picked up barely spoke English. She was coughing so much I was afraid she was on verge of dying. If this is how you get a hold of the manager and how professional the business presents itself then I would avoid this place.

This apartments is a Asian continent by itself. Every other house is of Indians or rarely Chinese. It has a very strict Rent Control implied. They don’t raise sky high every year during renewal. Service manager is absolutely a happy go lazy guy. he doesn’t interfere more unless required.
