I have been here many times. My go to place for a complete and honest therapeutic massage. The price is lower than many places in the area. But the skill level of the two ladies who worked on me was much better than most. I suspect they work for tips only, so I tend to be generous.

Horrible service. $ 40/​hr is not bad but they literally asked me for $ 20 tip. I wrote $ 10 and they sat and argued with me. On top of that they only «massaged» me for about 30 mins and then just lightly touched me for the other 30. Definitely not worth it. Either pay more for far better service or less for a place that isn’t so rude.

I got a great massage from Chelsea and will definitely return.
She was very nice when I got there, got me quickly into a room, and the massage was good. She focused where I asked her to, did good work on my knots and kept making sure she was applying the right amount of pressure.
The atmosphere was nice, it’s a great price for a good massage, I would definitely recommend it and will be going back.

Ive had two good experiences at Blue Danube. The place is clean, massage therapists are nice and welcoming, and the hourly rate is very reasonable. I was happy with the massage on both occasions. Will go back next time I need to relax!

I absolutely cannot understand the hype about this place. I went there yesterday for the first time. First of all I must say I was very pissed about the fact that she wanted me to pay up front, including a tip of 20% for a service I did not even got yet.
She left the room twice during my massage which I find very unprofessional and interrupted my relaxation. The massage was decent but nothing that knocked me out of my shoes. I will not go back there that’s for sure.

I’ve been to the Blue Danube twice now. Both times I thoroughly enjoyed the massage. The rooms are clean, well furnished and quiet. The massage tables are nice and large and heated. They used sheets and blankets to cover you, not towels like so many other places. The masseuses are Asian women and both times they did a fine job.
One thing you have to realize though. This place is $ 20 cheaper per hour than most other places, probably because they don’t pay the masseuses or pay them minimum wage. Take that savings and tip the masseuse well. They expect $ 20 and when all is said and done, you’d pay more elsewhere after the house fee and $ 10 tip then you do here with a $ 20. Don’t cheap out.

Wow, what a wonderful experience. My mind, body and spirit were all relaxed by a great massage. I was asked if I wanted medium or hard service. I stated medium to start but soon realized hard would be better. The knots in my body were relaxed and I walked away feeling great. Chelsea is highly recommended!

I was at Blue Danube «Spa» two days back for a body massage. Chelsea gave me a massage which was, to be honest, quite ordinary. Nothing like what people seem to be gushing about here. I’m still ok with an average massage. What I’m not ok with was Chelsea demanding a $ 20 tip on a $ 40 massage. When I refused to tip her $ 20, she started YELLING at me about how this is not a restaurant where you pay only 20% tips. I’m not sure which world Chelsea lives in, but in the world I live in a 50% tip is outrageous for an average massage. This culture of «demanding the appropriate tips «seems to be rubbing off from the Green Healthy Massage close by where Chelsea used to work earlier. Not going back here EVER again.

I get massage therapy primarily for therapeutic reasons, but also because it helps me to feel centered and calm, and restores my energy. I’ve tried about a half dozen places around the bay area, and Blue Danube is the best of them, both in terms of the therapists’ skill level and also in terms of price.
The therapists are well trained and versatile — top notch for deep tissue, sports, and soothing /​calming massage. They are friendly and 100% professional. The rooms are new and clean, with high-​quality tables, lovely music, and a nice ambience.
I have chronic pain issues in my neck, shoulders, and forearms due to computer use with bad habits and poor ergonomics. My therapist at Blue Danube clearly deals with these kind of problems frequently, and has expert knowledge of how to treat them.
I’ve been coming weekly since I discovered this place, and I’ve never been disappointed. I always leave feeling both calm and reinvigorated.

This place is just great. The manager is really awesome and amazing masseuse herself. She is one of the best in the business. One of the best place to have legit massage. The attendants seem to be well trained and know what they are doing. There is plenty of parking. The place is clean and new. Its best if you call them in advance, if you just walk in you may have to wait. Good part is they have a tv and Netflix subscription and you can watch TV while you wait.

Very good highly professional massage at a very reasonable cost! If you want non massage extra you won’t get it here, but if you are looking for a really good massage its a great place to try. Usually better to call and make appointments instead of showing up. But sometimes they accept walk in as well.

This is a great new massage place and spa that just opened. The new owner was the top masseuse at Green Healthy Massage and decided to start her own place. She is one of the best in the business. Everything was done right on the setup. It’s in a good neighborhood and location. There is plenty of parking. The place is clean and new. The massages are the best. I particularly like the fact that they really got some good padded massage tables with the look through (not the cheap ones where your head hangs off the end). In addition, the place is simple, but nicely decorated. The massages are the best and the price is hard to beat. A great place if you are looking for a professional, clean, and legitimate massage place.
