Hi, This email is regarding the today’s incident dated 12/17/2013 around 6.00PM. Complaint: Store: 10402, Complaint against: Store Manager(Paige Caldwell) I was having coupon with 15% discount to be offered during 12th till Dec — 19th Dec on $ 75USD purchase, I selected full item price fragrance $ 74 dollar & clearance item. After standing 15min in billing line, the billing executive told that only full item price would be allowed for discount, hence he asked me to select another item and be in line again for billing. After 1 hour of search in whole showroom, we were unable to find single item on full price, because today 12/17/2013 the whole showroom was offering 50% discount on every item. I came in to line again, waited for another 15min to get to billing person & asked him to bill only item selected from clearance and asked him details about the coupon. He mentioned that coupon is not valid on clearance or sale 50% off item, I told him that then what is the fun of giving coupons to customers of specific date when on that date store would be offering 50% discount. This means none of the coupon will work and make no sense to offer coupons to customers, he said he doesn’t know and would not be able to answer anything. Then store manager pitched in and she said it’s all company policies and they will not be able to do anything and these offers come from company and not from store. She had the same view of coupon not working because entire store is on 50% off, then another sale executive came in and told this may work on 50% off, they asked me to select 50% off item now. This was another waste of time to select another item which is 50% off and be in line again. I asked manager to give this in written to me. I have written version from manager and also coupons still intact. This was complete waste of my time and complete dissatisfaction. I went to the store to return some clothes which don’t fit my kids that I ordered on line. I tried to find some clothes for my daughter. Michael and Rachel are very nice and very patient. They are professional and good customer services. I hope to see some more people like them everywhere I go.

Absolutely hate this brand! My girls are 9 and just started liking Abercrombie. They wear a size 8 in most jeans and grandma had bought them a couple abercrombie jeans previously and they are a 10 slim. I ordered 2 pairs of floral jeans and two tops almost 200 bucks. The jeans come and they are TINY. They are the 10 slim just like our others and so little they won’t go past their knees. I call Abercrombie, they won’t exchange unless I pay to ship back old stuff, they charge me for another new order, and they charge me for shipping of new order. Are you kidding me??? As a mother who has bought nice brands for my children forever I was appalled my their customer service. In my opinion these high prices companies, I’m paying 50 percent for quality and 50 percent customer care. Their clothes don’t follow their own size chart and customer service sucks. I go up two levels of management and they still don’t give a crap. I end up so furious I tell them I just want my money back and I pay to send it back. Look at my bank statement a few days later and they charged me for a whole new order when though I specifically said I didn’t want that and now I will have to pay again to ship new order back.

My daughter loves shopping at this store, however this particular location, has the worst customer service ever. You would imagine being at the mall that is located in, it would have good customer service. This is my second bad experience with them. If your are looking for good customer service and helpful personnel, this is definitely not the store to shop at.

My daughter was in the mood to shop. We walked by A&F kids. She liked the destroyed skinny jeans. She’s a size 6 and smallest size they had was 8. I let her try them on anyway. They looked really cute on her and I liked them even more after I paid $ 9 for them. Turns out it was on sale and like every other store they had a sale an extra 50% off clearanced items.

I just read a review here where someone said«the staff is sometimes snobby and unhelpful but I don’t care»…Well, *I* care because I’m the parent paying $ 70 for a sweat shirt. The staff should be sprinkling flakes of gold in front of me as i walk around or they should punch me in the stomach for being such a sucker for paying those prices in the first place. Anyways, I went here earlier this week with my Daughter for«Back to School» shopping. The kids working there were only interested in chatting and flirting with each other and the guys working there… Oh jeez, how do I say this… looked like and flitted around like girls. How is this relavant? It’s not but I noticed so it goes here. .So I needed some help finding a size for my Daughter and I asked one girl at the counter and she gave me a look as if I were inconveniencing her and said«Let me find someone to help you» Why couldn’t she? Then this guy comes up to me, Carlos and he acted really put out and said he’d be right back as he was going to check on an item for me. He never returned. Noone else was in the store and none of the staff bothered to help unload the clothes we were holding, help us find anything or even say hello. There were about 7 employees just standing around playing«slap and giggle». Meanwhile I had just worked an obscene amount of hours, was tired, yet I was really in the mood to treat my awesome kid and spend some money. This is just another example of the current work ethic held by people who are entering the work force. Unforunately it carries on into the rest of their career hence there really is no such thing as customer service anymore. They didn’t get my business. I took it elsewhere. My spending budget was quite significant too. Big Mistake A&F Valley Fair!

My 13 year old daughter shops here all the time, and the clothes are really cute! They are a tiny bit expensive, but its worth it because they clothes are very good quality. They last a long time without the color fading. Plus its half as cheap as A&F! I really recommend this store to people looking for good, quality clothing for their kids.

If you ignore the snobby and unhelpful workers, this store has a lot of great casual clothes for kids and petite/slim people like me. I like that their clothes are priced half as much as the adult store and yet look very similar.
