Highly recommended! You must come to Tuan! My fiancé worked with Tuan to design my engagement ring and I could not be happier. We also went back to have our wedding rings designed. Throughout the entire process Tuan was extremely helpful and provided us with suggestions and his knowledge verses pushing us to buy whatever benefits him most, which I have felt with other jewelers.
It was refreshing to find a jeweler with amazing customer service and finished products. We will absolutely be back for our next jewelry purchase!

Tuan Truong has been a jeweler in Santa Barbara for over 20 years. He is well known in the area and I trust him. Perfect place to buy an engagement ring, necklace, or watch. He really is knowledgeable and took the time to help me pick out the perfect watch and ring. This is a high end shop with personalized care that worked within my budget and sourced high end options.

The first time I met Tuan I had no idea he was mentally sizing my ring finger when he shook my hand. My husband was sneaky and had him start working on a beautiful engagement ring without me knowing. Just to be sure my husband asked me later on what my ring size was and turns out Tuan was spot on!
The ring he made is absolutely breathtaking! (I said yes of course) He cleans and polishes it for me any time I drop it off, and was very knowledgable and easy to work with when we went back for wedding bands. Top notch quality and great service. Highly recommend.

Tuan is the man. Tuan takes the confusion out of making a major jewelry purchase, he presents facts about various diamonds/​ring styles and doesn’t confuse you with opinions or trying to sell you something outside your price range.

I have been to a couple Jewelers here in town and although helpful I felt they were over priced and took their sweet time. After shopping for rings for a few months, I stumbled across reviews for Truong & Company and decided to stop in his shop one day after work. It often takes me months, sometimes years before purchasing big ticket items because I hate pressure from salepersons. From the moment I stepped into his store I never felt pressured from Tuan. He worked within my budget and always listening to my desires and concerns about the ring, especially cost. He was very accommodating with finding the right center stone (sapphire); he found several stones from which to choose. I am biased, but I have not seen a more pure blue sapphire than the one Tuan was able to find. When I picked up the ring with a friend, we were both stunned at its beauty. All I could say initially was «Thank you» with a big smile on my face.
