When you leave the Bay Area with only an 1⁄8th between you and another stoner, you’re bound to run out. and that’s exactly what happened. But, not to panic, there’s this cute lil house in SB, full of sweet green nugs and friendly stoner dudes ready to serve your medicinal needs. The guys here are the ultimate stoner guys. all have long hair, all talk like Spicoli from Fast Times. it was funny [Example :http://bit.ly/zx6HMX]. But, I totally admire them for using their skills/talent to open the ONLY collective in Santa Barbara. The rest of them in this area are all done by delivery. One of the other patients came in.(she looked more like a crackhead than a stoner though) and informed me that they’ll hook patients up with free grams if you tell them you need compassion. That’s SO weird… there’s nothing like that happening up here in Oakland. So, that was sweet. She walked out happy and with her free bud in hand. I’m still in disbelief over that. amazing! I ended up getting a free gram since I was a 1st time patient and it was bigger than most the grams I’ve ever seen. I even felt that the 1⁄8th was a bit larger too. Keep up the great work guys. if I’m ever in SB again, I’ll definitely hit this place up. (Credit for link: Steven B’s cousin)

I have been to most of the clubs in SB. This one is one of the worst and really shady. It is a small house with no parking and is not one of the city approved clubs. They have bugs on their clones and mold on their flowers. When they were informed by me of this they yelled at me and told me both problems were my fault. The flowers are medium quality and the prices are way above where they need to be for a true collective. The club is run by people looking to make a quick buck before they are shut down by the city and with the way they handle their business it should be soon

At first finding a collective to visit on Santa Barbara. I hit and found the Green Well. They didn’t accept recommendations from out of the County(I was visiting from LA), the receptionist referred me to The Green Light, its on a residential block, in a converted house. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Registering was very simple. New customers get a free gram of any cannabis. They do sell .5’s which is another plus, they had clones for $ 15, a small variety of edibles, and a large variety of concentrates. The Green Light has some good shake, which they grind, for $ 5, but you can only buy $ 5 worth per visit. They don’t accept credit or debit cards, and don’t have an ATM so bring cash. They also have complimentary tea and fruit in the reception area, which is sort of like a living room with different cannabis related books. The cannabis was very high quality, I got 1.5g of Diamond OG. All in all it was a great experience.
