Good sushi spot in the SB harbor. I have been here a couple times and both time the rolls I ordered were fresh and tasted good. If you go here keep in mind this is a small place with only outside seating and it tends to get busy… Finding a table can be tuff. There is also no sushi bar. You order at a counter and wait for your order. I only mention this to set the right exceptions… This is a either take out or quick eat and go sushi spot. If your in a rush and in the mood for sushi and at the harbor you can’t go wrong. If you want a dining experience and chill inside a restaurant this is not the place to go. All in with the right exceptions for this place you will be pleased with your choice.

Very fresh fish, reasonably cut. The rice was okay. Sure, not a fancy place but that would be expected right? Price was okay for a place in such a touristy spot.

All 4 of these stars are for one thing and one thing only. WELLPRICEDLIVEUNI. It was so good we made sure to come back the next day and we werent even hungry. Unfortunately they didnt get any that day. Fun tip — eating sea urchin from its spiny body whacked in half — compels kids of people walking by to barrage their parents with questions along the lines«whoa what are those people eating!!!» to which their parents respond with hilarious awkward replies along the lines of «keep walking, its not polite to point, its probably sea urchin»… good times.

We ordered the Jessica roll and the spicy salmon roll. The spicy salmon roll was a little more forgettable next to the Jessica roll, which was very impressive on both serving size and taste! Even though the prices was a little steep for us, we understand that we are getting quality back in return. The only problem I see is their kitchen. It was so cramped, small and hot when we went inside to order. My husband thought it might be bad for the fresh fishes but the rolls we had were quite to contrary to his doubt. I just wondered why they haven’t expanded their business model for a better facility.

Found this place last night. Low key– order at the counter and they bring it out to you table. Very tasty, fresh and sizable rolls. Especially enjoyed the crunchy roll and the sushi burrito

It’s not that I’m too picky but they can’t even make a roll. When I picked it up, the rice dropped everywhere… I mean…

Had a friend pick up some sushi for me. First time trying and I blown away. Bomb bomb sushi. I had the philly and spicey tuna rolls. Super happy with this place and I definitely recommend. I will be back. Thanks

Came here for a quick grub. Amazing how the cut of sashimi sizes are! Ordered the following and was very pleased: — salmon sashimi — lobster roll — S3, sashimi combination plate Fresh and generous sizing for each plate!

Seriously, the best sushi and poke I have ever had… Even in Hawaii! Great ambience right on the harbor. Watch the boats come in while you have lunch!

As a sushi slut, I’d give this place a 3⁄5. A decent menu with lots of options for an affordable price. Didn’t care for the beef bowl, but the rolls and nigiri were decent. I can see regular sushi citizens enjoying this place without any complaints. The seating is a bit odd as some of the tables are on uneven concrete, but whatevs. Spent about $ 40 for two and both left still a bit hungry.

Stopped on a holiday weekend and scored a table; very friendly service and delicious sushi. We had the M3, yellowtail-salmon-tuna sushi with a crunch roll which came with a big mixed green salad, an excellent seaweed salad, and a rainbow roll, while watching the kayakers and paddle boarders come and go.

Best place for sushi! Finally!!! Great variety of rolls and very fresh sashimi. Great prices for some of the best sushi in town. Fun place to eat outside, also my dog is welcome to hang out with me. Soft shell crab tempura is very flavorful. The rolls are very large. Cool view too.

A nice to place to eat overlooking the harbor! My bf ordered the Superman Burrito Bowl, which was a wrap with rice, crab meat, avocado, tuna, salmon, and cucumber — all my favorites in one! Kind of wished I ordered this because each bite was delicious! I ordered the lunch special for $ 8.95 and it came with spicy tuna rolls(5 pcs), California rolls(5 pcs), teriyaki chicken, veggie tempura, and some salad. It wasn’t anything spectacular but I have no complaints either, especially because of the great value!

Great hole in the wall at the Harbor. $ 2.00 Budweiser and some tasty rolls. What more could you ask for? How about a view?! Oh, yeah… that’s included too as well as some great people watching.

This location, like the sushi, is RAW! This a working pier where people are earning their living so set your expectations accordingly. With that said, I loved the atmosphere. You walk in to this tiny storefront with just enough standing room to order. Then you take your number and sit outside on tiny tables where you get a view of boats, boats, and more boats. No pretention or fuss just quick fresh sushi. We didn’t know what to order and asked the chef to surprise us. He came up with a burrito roll that had tuna, salmon, cucumber, and avocado. The portions of fish were huge and were so fresh! I would make it a point to come back here if vacationing in Santa Barbara again.

Came here for lunch on a Sunday with some friends. Gets pretty busy, so order quickly indoors and enjoy outdoor seating overlooking the harbor, and they will bring out your order. I ordered #41 Salmon Teriyaki Bento Box(Lunch Special) for $ 10.95. The teriyaki salmon and tempura(shrimp and veggies) was pretty good. My friend really enjoyed her chicken teriyaki bowl. The quality of sushi is neither poor or amazing. Nothing really fancy. The service was quick and the view was nice. Great for a quick bite.

Nestled right along the boat-lined Santa Barbara Harbor, Sushi GoGo delivers great-tasting sushi and prime vistas. This pocket-sized sushi spot(there is only outdoor seating) entices customers with fresh fish and fast and friendly service. I struck up a nice conversation with the sushi chef/owner.which really set the stage for a wonderful meal. We ordered a couple of the combo specials, which are well-priced at only $ 8.95. You can feast on teriyaki chicken, vegetable tempura, green salad, a California roll and a spicy tuna roll for a nominal fee. The tempura, California roll and the spicy tuna roll were all solid. For the low price, I thought the quality might suffer a little, but everything was right on point. The teriyaki sauce was a little lacking but still tasty and fulfilling. The Philly Roll and the Jessica Roll(shrimp tempura and avocado topped with various fish) were both really good. Fresh crafted fish slices served over warm sushi rice with a light dusting of black sesame seeds made for a winsome combination. As people walked by, they keep admiring my sushi. I think I counted 12 comments on my sushi rolls. Nice Waterfront sushi gem on the marina with hard to beat prices. Since there is only outdoor seating, Sushigogo closes at 6:30 pm.

GoGo suffers just a bit by it’s location. That sounds ironic because it’s nestled among many other charming shops on a pier at beautiful Santa Barbara Waterfront, aka«the pier.» But this isn’t a Santa Monica-like tourists-only pier. Rather, it’s a working pier, like many parts of San Pedro. Meaning people are earning a living in commercial fishing out of this pier. For every sailboat there’s probably 1 or more trawlers. No complaints! I respect business, want lower taxes, and hope everyone can be rich; I never worked for a poor man. But GoGo sits right where the working men back up their trucks onto the pier(think: Tourists walking slowly and not paying attention), with that truck BEEP-BEEP-BEEP going off, a diesel truck 6 feet away, and there we were seated outside with a plate of fresh sushi from the nice little GoGo. Outside seating is all they have(no complaints about that either). Get your GoGo to GoGo and walk over to the beach. p. s Our sushi was smooth, fresh, sweet, and flavorful.
