Shelby is the best estitician in town! She makes my brows look amazing every time I see her! I would highly recommend her, she’s been especially great during my pregnancy and only uses products that are safe for me to use!!!

I had some facial waxing as well as under arm done. Shelby was great it was my first time getting waxed with her… I really enjoyed her treatment room it was very welcoming and cozy along with I lovely light scent I wish I would’ve asked what it was! As for the wax job super clean, not painful, no breakouts afterwards it was great I will be back for more services :)

I love Shelby beyond words. I have been going to her since I moved to Santa Barbara 6 years ago and will follow her wherever she goes. She is the best hands down for brows, brow tinting, brazilian wax and facials. My eyebrows are amazing! She is busy, but I have never had a problem getting an appointment. Also I am 6 months pregnant and my waxing sessions barely hurt (I promise) She has the magic touch.

I highly recommend Shelby at The Santa Barbara Spa. I have been going to her for over seven years and can definitely say she is the best in town! She is so knowledgeable and personable, I completely trust her and am always so happy when I leave. She has many long time customers because she is so great at what she does. If you haven’t tried out Shelby at the Santa Barbara Spa then you are seriously missing out. The facials are amazing and the waxing, eyebrow waxing, and leg waxing are the best in town. Shelby uses a hard wax which is awesome. I always love going to shelby mckaig rowe and she always gets the job done right. The Santa Barbara Spa has lots of parking with the new location at the five points shopping center near la cumbre. Since I hadn’t been to this location yet it took me a second to figure out where it was exactly in the mall but it’s actually a very nice location, has a nice courtyard area in front and just near the blenders smoothie store with that river blue salon, which I love as well.
