Today we tried the lobster rolls on their lunch menu and they are tasty. Perfectly paired with a white wine from the funk zone! Grazie!

Two Words: Salty scones I came here for the bacon scones. It has been quite a while since I have had scones. I just had to try. It came in a small portion and it was very salty. They do have a friendly staff and I will probably go next time to relax in their outdoor patio.

This place Rocks! They have the BEST cheddar bacon scones, with awesome coffee drinks, sitting in their awesome garden patio. This place is a gem. They really have a great staff of very friendly people. We love doing the sat morning market then coffee drinks, pastries, and relaxed setting. Nice!

The best meal we have ever eaten. Each of the 7 courses was a taste sensation. The setting was romantic. And Michael our chef was interesting with his explanations of the preparation of each dish.

The menu(from their website): TOMATOGAZPACHO TARTINE ratatouille/piment d’espelette/maldon HEIRLOOMTOMATOES ricotta/herbs/olive oil RAVIOLO butternut squash/roasted red bell pepper cream ELLWOODCANYONLETTUCES sherry vinaigrette PAPPARADELLE roasted garlic/tomato confit/arugula pesto/pecorino MISSIONFIGSORBET All of the food was cold and in small portions. Most of the meal was just a series of variations on diced tomatoes. One of the courses was actually just lettuces with a light vinaigrette. The dessert was mostly ice, had barely any fig flavor, and was served in a one-ounce cup. Everything tasted under-seasoned. I’ve had many other vegetarian meals that were much more substantial than this or at least included some form of protein. It just really felt like $ 70 for a very small amount of food and no ingredients to justify the price. It may be organic local produce, but all said, we were still incredibly hungry at the end of the meal(and my wife and I are not heavy eaters). I will say that the location and décor are beautiful. They also have a bring-your-own-wine policy with no corkage fee. Overall though, these factors don’t compensate for this pop-up’s shortcomings.
