Absolutely amazing selection, especially for a store this size. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful and gives great advice. Prices are quite reasonable.

I purchased a bottle of wine here to bring to a party. I was not offered a receipt and didn’t think much of it. When I arrived to the party I was very embarrassed to see the bottle was completely corked, skunked, and foul.
The next evening I brought the full bottle back and I politely tried asking for an exchange for equal priced bottle and was met by derision, accusations, and slander. It escalated very quickly and I was accused of attempting to dupe them… All this for $ 10. I left their bottle of vinegar for them to sample at their leisure.
I hope your experience is better then mine but I will never shop at this establishment again. Be very weary of their wine selection, even the refrigerated ones. I hope they learn to appreciate their customers but as far as I can tell they treat them like the enemy.
I really wish I could leave less then one star.

Great beer selection. Gas station convenience store feel. Nice selection. Almost all refrigerated with stuff like Drake’s Drakonic, Firestone Walker Abacus/​Sucuba, Firestone Walker Anniversary, lots of bombers of the local Santa Barbara breweries that weren’t stocked at the BevMo! down the road. Worth dropping by to peruse. I picked up a few bombers of unrated local stuff.

Amazing selection of beer and wine. If you are hard up for your favorite brew or vino or wanna try something new, this is the place… if you don’t mind paying premium price. Check it out for yourself – great if you’re from out of town and/​or have money to burn.

Outstanding beer selection, great pricing and friendly knowledgeable staff. What else could you want? They carry the great ones like JZ’s Heretic lineup.
Why go anywhere else?

Liquor wise this place has what you’d expect from a liquor store. They have a nice size selection of good wine that most places like this don’t have.
Here’s where Sam and the store shine. AAAAmaxing beer selection. And what’s best is that its aaallllllll cold. 15 some odd doors of great beer. You see a brewery makes the beer and hopes that till it hits your lips its cold. As we all know it doesn’t always work like that. You take a craft beer out of a fridge and you’ve just shortened its life span significantly. Sam has it all cold from belgiums to germans, english to hard to find limited craft brews. Check here for your stone limited releases.
I’d give him 5 stars if his prices came down a little

Great selection, competitive prices, and Sam treats everyone like a regular. Also, several years ago I mentioned that I liked a certain beer that the store did not carry. Sam ordered it for me and has kept it in stock ever since. Who else does that?

Great selection of booze, lots of wine, friendly customer service, and great prices (lots of sales!). $ 8 off a handle of Skyy? I’ll take it! :)

But this place in a pinch has plenty of cold brews when anyone stops by and drinks all of yours, not that I mind, it’s good to clean out the inventory every once and awhile.
This place has a wide variety of beers, both local, and imports, some good Czech beer; some nice wines too.
Well Big Bill he’s the guy that when he offers to pay he waits outside, you go inside, and pay and then when you get back outside, you say how much his was, and he says I only have big bills, like a $ 100. Right. I’ll get you later. Right, Big Bill. It’s ok. I expected as much.
At least he made me smile for the entire ride home.
And smiles are, as always: priceless.

For a small, local liquor store, this place ROCKS! Don’t be fooled, their selection of wines is top notch. Prices aren’t out of line either, as most liquor stores can be.
If you know your wines, you’ll recognize at times, the pricing is a GREAT deal and a steal. Stock up when you get the chance.
