Preferred Limousine & Transportation

First time using this company for a wine tasting tour and we had a great experience! Our driver/​owner Adriana was great. She is VERY knowledgeable of the area and picked some great wineries for us to visit. Service was great, she was on time, had a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us (a pleasant surprise) and a touch of class. I highly recommend!!!

Awesome service, clean (newer) cars and they just know what they are doing. Wether it’s dinner in LA, round trip to SBA or LAX they never miss a beat. Great for wine tasting as well.

Relaxed all the way to Montecito from LAX. Adriana is the perfect driver; polite, pretty and knows her way around town to avoid the 6:30pm weekday LA traffic. Nice. And, the new Cadillac XTS is a quiet/​smooth drive. Wouldn’t use anyone else. Z.

Adriana and her staff are great! They are lways on time, professional, kind, and respectful. We have hired them many times for special events such as creating a tour of the lights at Christmas, or a wine tour, and they always come through with great plans. The vehicles are in great shape, and the staff is so helpful. Definitely a 5 star experience!

Booked them for a ride to lax early morning.
Driver was on time, car looked clean and offered refreshments. Driver even checked the route to find out 405 was backed up due to an accident so we took the pacific coast highway which had great scenery. Very satisfied so booked a ride from lax back to santa barbara for my return trip. No need to figure out how to get back from lax because i know a professional driver will be there waiting when we land. Thank you

Adriana has been providing limo service to our family for over a year. We travel fairly frequently between our home in Santa Barbara and LAX, and really appreciate her prompt, always timely service. She is always pleasant and it is always a positive experience to see her smiling face when we return from a trip. She never seems to have a «bad day» and is a very capable driver.

My experience to select a limo company to drive me from my home in Santa Barbara to Los Angeles and back was superb from beginning to end. First of all, Adriana returned my call immediately, was professional and courteous.
She arrived at my home promptly — ten minutes before pick-​up — and arrived in a very comfortable & safe SUV. Adriana has a very kind and pleasant personality. She offered that I could play my music in the car from my IPhone which I did. She followed the route on her GPS and determined that the main route was congested in LA, so she took back streets in order to get me to my appointment on time.
Adriana was waiting to pick me up after my appointment. She listened to me when I told her that I had not been to Chinatown in LA, so she took me through Chinatown as a surprise gift. Such a nice and thoughtful gesture!
She had water in the car for me. The SUV was very clean. She was very attentive to me. And, Adriana is a very safe driver.
We arrived home, and I felt like in addition to Preferred Limo being the best, safest and most comfortable trip to LA from Santa Barbara, I had also gained a new friend. Adriana is a very nice, personable, and caring person.

Adriana was super friendly and helpful as we explored the wine region between Solvang and Lompoc. She had great energy and sought out ways to help us out throughout the day. I feel like it would be hard to find someone better than her. I highly recommend her.

Adriana is the BEST! I reserved her limo services for my parents’ 40^th wedding anniversary and she could not have been nicer or more professional. The ride from Oxnard to Ojai was super easy and she even took a bunch of pictures of the whole family together and emailed them to us the next day. Neither my mom or dad had ever been in a limo before so she took extra care to make them feel special. Highly recommended.

The best decision I made was choosing Preferred Limousine when I went to Santa Barbara. We went for a wine tasting to Solvang and the service we got from Adriana was just amazing. I made the right decision when I chose Preferred to take me and my girlfriends to a Wine tour when they visited from Colorado. TJ, our driver was very corteous and polite. He arrived on time to pick us up in this nice and neat Limousine to take us up to the Valley where you can find the best winneries in CA.
We went all the way to Santa Ynez listening to good music and refreshments. Chocolates, champagne and water are provided and we loved it!!! TJ was so knowledgeable and knew the area and wineries very well.

Adriana is AMAZING!!!
I called her the day of looking for limo service for a bachelorette party I was in. She was really prompt at returning our call and picked us up at our hotel with her beautiful limo. She was so professional and kind, and took us to all the little stops we wanted to make throughout the evening, before safely returning us back to our hotel.
The entire experience was fantastic, her pricing is amazing, and she was extremely professional and fun. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this limo service! BEST IN SANTA BARBARA!

A truly 5 star experience wine tasting thank you to Adriana.
We had a small family reunion up in SB this past weekend and we decided to hit the Los Olivos, Santa Ynez and the Foxen Canyon Wine Trail. We priced a few different limo companies in the area and not only did Preferred offer the best pricing and package, Adriana was the most cordial, welcoming and willing to work with our budget.
When she picked us up at 10:00AM Saturday morning, I knew we were in great hands. Adriana greeted us warmly and was more than accommodating throughout the entire day. She offered to take pictures of us throughout the day, asked if we needed anything and was really just a pleasure to spend the day with.
I can, without hesitation, 100% recommend Adriana, her service and any day out in the vines with her. A wonderful experience!

We used Preferred Limo to take a group of 6 of us wine tasting in Santa Barbara and just had a great experience! Adriana was so sweet and accommodating, and literally was our photographer for the day. She provided water for us, had a very clean limo, and even had music videos playing in the car which was fun.
She helped make our day great and I will definitely use Preferred next time i’m in SB.
