I was very disappointed with my experience at Payless Shoe Store in Santa Barbara. I bought 3 pairs of shoes one day. The next day I returned on pair because it didn’t fit well. The lady there charged me 4 dollars extra for the shoes I had bought the previous day. She said it was a mistake.
When I returned home, the original price was one the box! So why did she charge me the extra $ 4? I don’t know but watch out for your money at this store!

Payless Shoes sometimes has the right shoes at the right price…
I’ve bought two fun pairs of boots here: one tall, zipper-​up and black velvet-​ish and one brown platformy and furry inside…
I’m not a big fan of their sneakers but I would probably consider myself a tennis shoe snob…
But if I need some dressy shoes and don’t want to splurge, I’ll shop here and save my funds for some new Vans or Pumas!
