Great service, great wines! We went here with a big group after being rudely treated by Santa Barbara Winery and Oreana was kind and accommodating. We had a great time and spent lots of money. I highly recommend visiting them(skip SB Wines across the street).

Oreana had a very nice balanced selection of white and red. Phil was very knowledgable and friendly and gave us his impressions of each bottle without telling us what we should taste, leaving it up to our interpretation, which I appreciated. The atmosphere was fun and relaxed, with a very nice Santa Barbara vibe. The price point for each bottle was excellently affordable, and my wife and I decided to jump right in to the bottle of Cab Sauv we bought when we got home.

Possibly the best service I’ve had anywhere, ever. The guy who did our tasting was so sweet and helpful and talked to us all about wine in the area. The tasting room is a fun place, designed to be very laid back — which I love. Most of their wines are pretty good but their moscato is definitely the best moscato I’ve ever had(and I love sweet wines, so that says something). We bought a few bottles to bring home and when those run out, plan to order more. It’s that good. Labels are all really fun and the place just has a chill vibe.

I don’t mean to be a wine snob, but call it what you may. I’m only giving this place a 3 star because of its location and the cute little patio area where you can sit and enjoy your day. Other than that, the wine flight we had was just. eh. It wasn’t anything to get excited about. On top of that, it didn’t seem like the employees there really knew anything about what they were pouring. One guy poured us the rosé and just told us it was«sweet». That’s all he said! Like, really? Then he went over to flirt with the big group of girls that were doing a tasting on the other side. I was a bit disappointed with that tasting experience at Oreana, considering it was our first time visiting Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone.

Cool set-up, décor, and atmosphere. Parking is in the front which is convenient since parking any where in Santa Barbara is not so fun. Service was great. The guy who helped us out was really friendly. We got the tasting for $ 12. I believe a flight consists of six types that are already selected for you. The reason for the low rating is that none of us in the group really cared for any of the wines. Most were really acidic and had a bite to it that I didn’t appreciate too much. Of the six, the ones I liked the most were the Cabernet, Red blend, and Moscato. Each bottle is also $ 25 if you wanna buy.

You have to be pretty drunk to come here… and even then the wine is so bad you may not be able to stand it.

Cute hip winery, the bartender told us this location was an old tire garage converted into a winery. We thought this was a cute concept! Nice open area, places to sit which is a plus! We got a groupon which I highly recommend it was for 2 tastings, a bottle of wine and 2 glasses $ 31 great deal! This was a great experience, thank you oreana winery!

Lovely little wine bar/warehouse with tastings and an awesome patio. The staff is quite nice and helpful. The tasting menu is good, but I wish they had a pino grigio. It’s a great place to go if you just want to have a drink and relax for an hour.

So! Oreana Winery! Hmmm… Cute décor and comfy vibe. Nothing spectacular and they don’t have a huge selection of white wines! The best part was the Happy wine!(See pic)… I do like the abstract paintings on the wall which you can buy after you rob a bank! :) we may or may not return!

Amazing service and a wonderful neighborhood gem. They have live music, special offerings for wine tasting and bottle service. We happened to come across the GROUPON deal for this spot when we were in the area. For very little we were getting wine tasting for 2 and a free bottle of our choice. Must try their REDBLEND. That was our favorite!

Their wines are petty mediocre, but the people their are great and it’s a nice little place. They also have live music a lot, if you are in the funk zone, it’s worth a stop here, but only when your palate is less discriminating.

Nothin but love for this place. Great atmosphere, great wines and great wine pourers… if that’s even a word. This is my 3rd time here and I will keep returning :)

Chill place to sit outside and enjoy a bottle of their yummy Syrah and listen to live music. The outdoor seating is a huge perk in the funk zone.

Cute wine tasting room in the Funk Zone. We went on a Saturday afternoon and they had live music outside. It has an industrial vibe to it and they have like this big open garage right next to it that you can’t enter where they actually make(bottle?) the wine, so that was cool to see. My friend got me a glass of some white wine here and it was good(sorry I can’t be more helpful or descriptive but it was the last stop on our day of wine tasting, so my memory’s a bit fuzzy).

The Wine Tender was one of the nicest in the places we vistited that day. We actually ended up purchasing a bottle from them. We met some super nice people from Mexico City who were actually from my neighbohood and now live in Mexico City and were vacationing here.

Oreana Winery is nice, fun, and lively location. It seems they have no problems with people taking their dogs here(which was a nice thing to see). I really like the interaction with the staff here. They seem to know their stuff, and they are very lax and easy to talk to. I love it. I had a glass of rose here and it was refreshing, but I wasn’t exactly wow’d by it. I’ll definitely add this location as one of my go to places for when I’m in town. As far as seating arrangements here… there is plenty to go around. There’s indoor seating, outdoor seating, and plenty of places to stand around(if you choose to do so haha). One interesting fact I learned about this place is that it is indeed a winery, but they don’t have a vinyard. They actually just outsource the grape growing to other people.

Very fun lively winery. I had a good time playing games and tasting wine. The inside and outside areas are pretty big, lot of seating. The bar itself is big also. Only issue was that there was only 2 people pouring wine and the whole place was packed. You had to fight to get your next pour. Tasting — $ 12, 6 wines

Wonderful wines to taste and great insight on the selections from those working here. We were recommended this tasting room by our hotel as a great first stop and were glad. Absolutely loved the Pinot noir. Cute décor and nice seating. After reading reviews I thought there would be live music but was mistaken. Over all great selection and would recommend a few sips here.
