I would let her tattoo whatever she wanted — she’s that amazing! I get compliments daily on the work she’s done for me, I just love it. Best tattoo artist in the area, hands down.

I made a Unilocal account just to write this review. Mallory is incredibly talented and gave me exactly what I wanted and more. If I ever wanted a tattoo again I would go to her in a heartbeat. Not only is my tattoo precise and beautiful, her studio and overall personality made the experience as comfortable as any tattoo could be. I highly recommend Mallory and will tell anyone who asks to go to her. I get compliments on my tattoo daily.

Mallory is pretty much one of the best tattoo artists in the country. She’s awesome and my tattoo is beyond perfect.

Mallory is simply the best, hands down! I have encountered other tattoo artists, and she is so approachable and open to creating the perfect piece that she knows will not only look amazing, but is better than you could hope for! I love that she gives her honest opinion in working with your body and what she thinks will look best! I have had one tattoo completed by her (a California Poppy), and now I am having her do another one because I love it so much. Overall, Mallory is professional, an amazing artist, and super fun to work with and I recommend her to anyone!

Mallory talked me into making a bigger tattoo and it was great advice! I really got to see the colors and detail she put in. Overall a great experience that was clean and personable.
If you’re looking for art this is the place to go. She doesn’t do flash work which made me feel good about the fact that mine was unique. It’s a process to get work done by her since she doesn’t do walk ins but I actually enjoyed the anticipation of seeing her design the tattoo.

I got my first tattoo here and loved the experience. She made me feel comfortable by talking to me asking which position would be best for me to sit in and testing a spot on my skin so I can see how it would feel like. Mallory seems like a very nice person and I love the private feel of her place. I have nothing negative to say about the experience my artist or the studio so 5 stars.

My recent experience at Merkaba Tattoo inspired me to write my first Unilocal review in 6 years! What a surprise it was to visit Mallory’s studio for the first time. Not your typical tattoo shop – not an impersonal, noisy, shared space. It is her very own lovely, chill, and inviting place. She has many of her own impressive paintings on the walls, creating a relaxing and inspiring gallery feel, and demonstrating what a versatile and accomplished artist she is. Mallory is very personable, intuitive, receptive, and imaginative. Then the fun really began! I came in for several hours of work, and not only did she create something beyond my expectations, but I had a great time just hanging out and talking with her! I will be back again as soon as I save up for more ink. Do yourself a favor and look no further.

I haven’t been to Mallory in almost a year, but I can tell you one thing. She is the best tattoo artist that I have come across. She is extremely personable, and very passionate about her work, which makes her even more remarkable. The color in her work is gorgeous, she listens to what you want, and she makes you feel so comfortable when getting tattooed.
I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking to get a tattoo! You will not be disappointed.

Mallory is AMAZING! I had 4 tattoos before going to see her so I have had some experience with getting ink done. She was awesome with helping plan the 2 I wanted (a name and a drawing) really going out of her way to make sure that they were perfect and exactly what I wanted. She was also very reassuring about the pain, I was getting one on my foot and was scared about how much it would hurt but she was amazing! She is extremely careful and vigilant about setting everything up and maintaining sterility (I’m a nurse so I know what to watch for). She also gives copious instructions when she’s done so you can care for your new pieces. I would never go anywhere else for tattoos, in fact I’m going again next week!

Mallory is a fantastic artist and was very responsive to what I was looking for. I came in with a very specific idea of what I wanted, explained the reasons behind it, and Mallory nailed it, perfect. She offered candid good advice while also being mindful of what I wanted. Her work was professional, creative and impressive. She is great at thin lines, shading, and giving the tattoo a flow and sense of movement. Her service is very personal and space is very inviting. I got my first tattoo with Mallory and will be getting any future ones with her too.

You’ll never go wrong with Merkaba Tattoo. Mallory’s work amazes me eeevery time and she has a style that is unique and beautiful all to it’s own. Doesn’t hurt that she’s just a great person too. She is a true artist and her work shows it. Mallory is as talented as they come.

Such a great experience! I was looking for someone who was willing to work with my existing piece, could do something unique, and in a private studio. Mallory is excellent! Very professional and accommodating. Her work is gorgeous and thoughtful. LOVE it.
