Lucky Brand Dungarees

I love Lucky Brand jeans. I love their attention to customer service and they will work to find shot you like, what looks good and give you ideas to accessorize.
I shop at the Outlet store often: this was my first visit to the Santa Barbara location. I found a skirt that i loved and was told it was an «on-​line exclusive» not in the store but could be ordered and sent to my home next day delivery and it was 30% off today. I said“great I’ll take it” WE shopped around the store for a few more minutes and then the apologetic salesman told me: No, It is not available for 30% off or at any price. Evidently it is just for show right now. I walked out empty handed and disappointed. a

The store is nicely set up and displayed and the staff are reasonably friendly, but the hard sell is really awful in this store. I’ve shopped here a few times over the years and have dealt with different salespeople over this time frame and they all have the hard sell issue.
It’s not enough to be interested in trying something on or looking for a moment. You get totally pounced upon and it’s really irritating. If you say you’re just browsing, they still hound you and recommend stuff without you asking for it.
The clothing is okay, if there’s a sale, it’s likely you’ll get a good deal on stuff that’s reasonably well made. But you’ll be annoyed to death before you can even decide if you like something.

I went when it wasn’t busy and the workers were extremely snobby and repeatedly approached me when I told them I was just looking. They also followed me around and mocked me when I asked a question by repeating what I said in a high voice. Never again.

I really like lucky brand denim (especially the «Lola» cut). Although I purchased during a summer sale, the experience was mediocre. It was not at all crowded but for some reason the store associate was offended (?) when I asked her to open a fitting room. I was polite and as I said it wasn’t crowded so I can’t understand what her problem was. Opening fitting rooms is one of the 4 responsibilities her job requires…
