Went here to stop by to get gas. The 1st pump didn’t have a back splash and gas spilled all over the car. Went back into the shop to ask to change station he had a pissing match with me because he said I’m stupid and don’t know how to operate it. I showed him the pump and he agree I need to change pump. The 2nd pump doesn’t even work and won’t pump I went back inside again. By this time I asked him for my money back and he said no. He added I have to stand there to fill my gas and make it work. I had enough of his ugly attitude and BAD crazy service. He keeps arguing with me and I finally asked him to come out and try it. He can’t even get it to work at all and start telling me I parked the car too close to the pump and that’s why it doesn’t work. Crazy and prejudice. One of the black customer say you got to be black to make this kind of stuff work. Needless to say last time I’m going to be back.

What’s fun the little corner store. Talk about the truth. It is a little. It is on the corner. A local neighborhood convenience store that is stocked full of goodies, & I mean stock full. Gotta love it

I loved this corner store. There was a Fiesta going on in Santa Barbara, and we were in town for a treat! We stayed on Bath street, a block away from this store. I didn’t care much for the place but when I bought a few items there, I thought the cashiers were super friendly. Which was surprising to me because I’m so used to them weird, not-so-friendly, sometimes smelly, and somewhat shady characters behind the counters. But not this corner store. It felt very positive and very safe! I plan to go back to Santa Barbara, and stay on Bath Street for a week.

Stopped in for some water, and the guy was friendly enough. There is basically nowhere to park anywhere near here unless you’re a resident.

Since this is the only corner store in my neighborhood, that makes it the BEST in the neighborhood :) One piece of advice: turn the temps down on the beer cooler! We come to the store for cold, ready-to-drink beers — so please have them for us!

This was my little corner store for almost 4 years, when I lived in downtown SB… I loved the owner and his wife, whose names I won’t even attempt to spell, but they were great! He said I single handedly got him a Newcastle Mirror from his vendor. yay me! He gave me free bottle openers, so that was always nice
