I am stunned! The level of service far exceeded my wildest expectations.
I was in a pinch as the company I originally ordered from online was not going to ship in time and I needed things printed by the next day. I was in a panic and called all over town looking for a printer who could get the job done.
I got a number of refusals due to the size and time constraints on my. Finally I found two companies who believed they could handle the job and provided me with quotes. IPA was one of them.
Steve at IPA not only significantly undercut the competition on price, but actually personally delivered my items to my office as I didn’t have time to run all over town or wait for them to be shipped. He was extremely quick on responding to my emails and calls and professional in every regard.
The quality was excellent and a was completely blown away by Steve’s willingness to cater to my every need. I can not recommend IPA highly enough and will certainly use them again whenever I need anything printed.
