Be careful. Read your contract fully. These guys will come in and tear out whatever they choose to say has mold. Then you are stuck with all the repairs to the damage they did.
Example:
After a water line broke in the home and a contractor replaced all the floors and insulation under the floors, they came in and took their samples and determined there was mold in a water heater area. (not even part of the original problem). They removed the flooring with a hammer leaving broken edges and then painted the whole water heater closet. That was their «remediation». We had to finish the tear out of the floor before we could repair it. They also threw away the door to the closet which had the vinyl siding that matched the home. So we had to build a new door and now it doesn’t match the siding.
When asked about these things we were told (very rudely) «you should have read the contract».
Beware! This was more trouble than it was worth because we actually lost the sale of the home because the buyers got scared.
