I’ve taken my BMW to several shops around town, but after working with Harold at HP Autosport I’ve stopped taking my car anywhere else. Harold is a very friendly and professional guy to work with. He’s done every thing from an oil change to front end work, to headlights and repairs on my AC motor. His knowledge on German cars is seemingly endless. He’s also very easy to get ahold of whether through email or phone, he responds quickly. I highly recommend HP Autosport to any German car driver in the Santa Barbara area if you want a great shop, and a great relationship with the person working on your car.

I came in for a simple oil change on my sons car, an older BMW 3 series. I had my own oil and filter, which for some shops they wont use supplied items. So I only paid for labor, didnt want to go to a «oil change» place due to bad past experience. The tech started checking tire pressure and topped off other fluids which was needed. This was in my eyes, going the extra step when I only paid for labor and not parts. Seems like this place cares more than the average shop especially being this is my sons car and his safety is top priority. Will definitely be back for the great service.

I’ve never had any work done here and likely never will. Via email they were 25% more expensive than other places but worst of all they were dodgy with their prices.
