I really adore this gym. There’s lots of strength sports specialized equipment, as the other review mentioned. It’s open 24/​7, the owner is really nice and women are actually encouraged to lift, which believe it or not is a rarity. Unfortunately there seem to be very few women who actually do lift here, but if you’re a lady lifter in need of a good gym, this is a real option. So happy I made the switch!

This gym is the best around. I love the location. Right by westside beach. Plus you can go anytime you want. They have unique equipment that is available for all. My favorite is the prowler which is a full body sled workout. I suggest you take a tour if your looking for a gym.
