I live in Santa Barbara and have gotten to know a good hand full of people who work for this company including some of the higher ups and management. I think they are innovative are a strong competitor in their business. I would consider them high end. I think they are still growing and have a few kinks to work out, but I am very confident in their business and would highly recommend them.

we purchased a split king signature adjustable bed in 2007. we have had nothing but problems with them. wihtin a yr the massagers vibrated and tore out of the frame and then stopper working. the the remotes kept having transmission issues… now when we called, they changed the entire remote system. they will send us the«new brain» and remotes that we have to install at our own expense as well as pay shipping and handling for them to be sent and still have to pay a portion of the cost for the new remotes… we are disabled and they expect us to flip the bed frames and install them… i will never purchase another of their products… may it is time to start a class action suit

I purchased an ergomotion bed sat November. By May the bed wasn’t working at all. I phoned, they had a technician come out. He said it was that the control box wasn’t recieving the signals fom the remote. He would order me new parts and as soon as they were delivered, would come out and install them. It’s been almost two months. I call them and inquire about this. She tells me the order was never put in because my warranty was never processed. I tell her I sent it in over 6 months ago. She says they never Recieved it. Tells me to go finds the proof of purchase info(store info where the bed was purchased) and call back. I do that, call back, get a different guy who looks me up and says they already have my warranty information, it was just found, and that they will now order the parts I need and get me taken care of. So in other words, if you don’t hound them, they aren’t going to help you out! NOT good customer service at all! Will not be recommending them to family and friends! Seriously disappointed!

We received a new box and remote today, as promised. But I still feel that if one spends in excess of $ 3,000 on a bed, that the whole thing should work and you shouldn’t have to be on the phone to the salespeople and manufacturers who offer a bunch of ludicrous excuses for why the base doesn’t work. I feel that we are only a few weeks or months away from a recall of this motorized bed base.
