Have used Steve for years. Particularly good at environmentally friendly solutions. Have used him for specific rat and ant problems. As well as monthly rat protection services. It is not the big company interface. He is informal. Not good at being on time. But for me does a satisfactory job at a fair price.

Hired this guy to take care of roof rats nesting in the attic and walls of our old house. Worse than useless. Was late or never showed up to every single appointment, answered texts days later. Barely a cursory glance around before he’d take off promising to come back later and never would. Missed major evidence of nests/​entry points that we found later. A month later we still have rats, but now they’re IN the house not just in the walls. He didn’t catch a single one. Would never recommend «Steve the Eraticator» to anyone.
