These guys are wonderful. They are so focused on customer satisfaction that you will not leave unhappy. They have very competitive prices and are competent in every way. Unfortunately they didn’t carry the brand of Ebike I was looking for but they were none the less very helpful and I would direct anyone who is interested in an Ebike to stop buy and see for themselves how a business should be run. Honest and fair.

Purchased a HaiBike Fat Six from them and the service was fantastic. They even brought the bike to my house. Got a flat on the second ride and they fixed it at no charge to me. Wonderful service and customer support!

Excellent experience. Highly recommend eBikezzz in Santa Barbara. Scott was very helpful. I was especially pleased since the bike I bought was on sale. They threw in an extra battery, t-​shirt, hat and stickers.
I liked that they let you test ride the bikes and no pressure to buy. I recommend the shop to all my friends and family to buy from eBikezzz. They even offered free pick up and delivery for purchase and servicing of bike.
Fast and friendly service.

I have an electric bike that I crashed & I took it in today without an appointment hoping it could be fixed. The mechanic was awesome & started working on my bike immediately. He went to his house to get the right parts & my bike was ready in one hour. I will go back & I recommend this place for anyone looking for e bikes or e bike service

We had an amazing experience at ebikezzz last week buying e-​bikes. Our sales consultant, Scott, could not have been more helpful. He asked us tons of questions to fully understand our needs – how and where we like to ride, our level of fitness, our experience level, etc., and then he found the perfect match for us. He spent well over an hour with us, took is for a test drive, and was incredibly patient. We love the bikes we bought – and he was right; they are perfect for us. He went out of his way to help us, and made us feel like we were his most important customers. It’s a great store with great products and great employees. Highly recommend for a wow experience!

5 stars for beyond great service
1. Spent a huge amount of time showing our family the bikes and how to ride them. Even held our dog so that we could all ride at the same time.
2. Extremely patient with my kids.
3. Spoke with us at night even though they were closed to help work with us so that we could afford 4 electric bikes (our xmas present to ourselves).
4. Came in on his day off to sell us the bikes.
5. Answered numerous questions after he sold us the bikes regarding buying a rack etc.
6. Answered my questions per text immediately even though he already make the sell which meant a lot to me.
I’m sure I’m forgetting something, but if you want a good product and excellent service that lasts this is the place to go.
