Dulce Dia Events

We worked with Shawna for our November wedding at Elings Park and were very happy with our decision to do so. Our big day was everything we wanted it to be, just perfect for us. She is very willing to meet at the site and go over every single detail before the big day. We live in Los Angeles, and her knowledge of Santa Barbara and it’s wedding vendors was extremely helpful in trying to plan a wedding out of town.
Shawna is professional, organized, and asks those little questions that as a busy working bride you might not think to consider. She helped wrangle our wedding party for the rehearsal the day before, and on the day of had everything set up beautifully (brought me to tears in fact) and ready to go. The timeline and flow of the day was super smooth because Shawna and her assistants know what they are doing, and even as things might deviate slightly during the day, they know how to handle any issues or hitches with ease so that no one even notices. We received so many compliments from guests on the day and we know a big part of that is due Shawna’s adept coordination and experience.
Shawna is so easy to talk to, bright and positive, and extremely knowledgable. If you are considering a wedding coordinator in the Santa Barbara area we would highly recommend Dulce Dia Events.

Our wedding day was simply amazing. Shawna was absolutely the best Wedding Coordinator. She was very professional, detail oriented, organized and very responsive. The set up of the floor plan was left up to her and it turned out gorgeous and just the way we imagined. The placement of the centerpieces and décor was exactly what we had envisioned.
The wedding planning/​meetings with Shawna were very fun, easy and helpful. She has great taste and amazing ideas. The timelines she provided to the vendors were very detailed and organized. Which made all of the vendors very happy. The ceremony and reception were on time and ran very smoothly. Without her help I would have lost my mind!
