I find this company very responsive. I have used their tech Murphy for over 15 years and he is very good at troubleshooting and responsive. He wastes no time in diagnostics and will work with owners it they wish to save money and time by doing some of the grunt work themselves. Consolidated Overhead door is continuing to be my go to company for my gate and entry system.

What an awesome company!!! They worked around my work schedule (busiest time of the year for us with Christmas shopping going on!) Richard, the technician that came out, was on time and figured out the code on my 23 year old system and and got it working! I would highly recommend this company! Thank you to the lovely group that work there!

Called consolidated overhead door for a new garage door opener got called back right away. I made a appointment to have the service performed they showed up on time and we’re very professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend this company.

I would not recommend this company. I made an appointment to have an electronic garage door opener installed. They never called to confirm a time. When I called to inquire, they never returned my call and no one ever showed up at my house. No follow up, no communication whatsoever! My family and I basically wasted an entire day waiting for someone to show up. Terrible customer service and I will never recommend them.
