I’ve been training with Zack for just about two months now. I had gotten into a rut doing the standard gym workouts and needed to change things up. I can’t recommend Zack highly enough. In those short two months, I’ve lost 4% in body fat, over seven pounds, feel better than I have in years. I was an active triathlete(3 time Hawaii Ironman finisher) but I was getting soft and bored with my workouts. Not with Zack! He motivates you and makes you want to perform at your best. On another note, part of the program is a review of your nutrition and food intake. With just a few tweaks, I’ve been able to lower my cholesterol and blood pressure. Thanks Zack! With your help, I now think a ½ IM may be in the cards!

Awesome trainer! Zack was exactly what I needed to get in shape! I am a health professional and work the night shift, so it is very hard for me to stay motivated. I belong to a gym but don’t go, I’ve tried classes but don’t like the huge groups, and have tried different trainers in the past without success. Zack is professional and knows his stuff. I was very impressed with his combinations of new exercises that were both efficient and individually tailored. You can tell he loves what he does! He also helped me get back on track with great nutrition advice. I now get better sleep and have more energy! I highly recommend Zack for anyone looking for affordable and awesome results!

For anyone looking to get in great shape and have fun doing it, I highly recommend Opus Fit. Zack Bertges is an excellent trainer who stays up-to-date with the latest and most effective training techniques. His workouts are intense but fun and never tedious. I recently recently ran a half marathon with 4000 foot elevation gain as part of the Opus Fit training club, an immensely satisfying accomplishment that I would never have done without Zack’s expert training and encouragement.
