You can see from the ratings that this is pretty much a 5-​star place. I’m glad we had breakfast here. It was the most delicious breakfast, ever! Check out the pictures that are already posted. They’re very accurate and consistent with what we got– grilled cheese special with fig jam and arugula, and toast with poached eggs and a side of the best bacon I’ve had in a while. Yum!
But did you know they also sell cheese and jam and other things too? Well, one of us is quite the fig fanatic. Their jar of fig jam is too delicious. I want to eat it straight out of a spoon.
5-​stars to C’est Cheese for their breakfast, cheeses and that thick smoky bacon add on!

A wonderful cheese shop with worldly selections. The staff is incredibly helpful and encourage sampling.
Cheese is not the only thing offered you can pick up everything required for a picnic by the beach or park. Wine, bread and dried meats.
I encourage you to feast on one if the gooey delicious grilled cheeses along with the tomato soup and finish it off with an awesome cookie.
You will not be disappointed.

I stopped here for lunch on New Year’s Day with a group of my family. I wasn’t up for a big sandwich so I opted for the butternut squash soup. It was decent, but nothing too special. Other people got grilled cheeses and muffuletta sandwiches, and they looked more interesting.
What was fantastic was the chocolate chip cookies! An employee told me they were really good– in his own words, «I thought my moms chocolate chip cookies were the best in the world until I had these.» So, I gave them a shot. AMAZING. So good. It almost tasted like a sugar cookie with chocolate chips. I’ve been thinking about these cookies for days since I’ve had them.
Get lunch if you want, but definitely get a chocolate chip cookie! Or maybe 3.

This is such a wonderful cheese shop in Santa Barbara. Love the cheesy name as well. The place is quite large; they have a charcuterie section and a sit down place to eat. This place is such a delight to a cheese lover like me. They were really helpful in finding good cheeses for us to take home. I had lunch here and ordered the signature grilled cheese and a cheese plate. They were all good except that I found a moldy piece of apple in my cheese plate. They also gave me a pumpkin moon pie to go home with. I would never know such a dessert would taste so good by the looks of it. Yummy!
