This is a well managed facility, considering its not easy offering rehabilitation, physical therapy and senior care under one roof. With a patient capacity of 189, the staff does their best to care for patients, with director oversight, unlike many facilities, there are no more than two patients per room, patients don’t spend all day left in hallways and food service is a higher standard, most importantly theft from patients belongs are non existent and the facility has undergone recent renovation. Central Coast Nursing will only improve year after year as long as quality standards remain high and consistent.

This facility recently opened a new wing where they do physical rehabilitation and physical therapy for after people get surgeries and stuff. my grandma was just in for her knee surgery rehab and they did such a great job helping her. very friendly, halpful, and professional. i love my grandma and i’m so glad she went there she is doing great now. thank you ccnc!
