First, I waited outside the store for 25 minutes after the supposed opening time. Next, we called the owner seven times before getting any answer. He said«the person who opens May get here on time or may get here late» so we’re off to a bad start. Finally, the opener arrives, not saying a single word and ignoring the line of customers outside the door. She did not even take out her headphones or show any acknowledgement of where she was, that there were people there, or that she had arrived thirty minutes late. Needless to say I will not be returning.

Another eclectic store along State Street. Even though the first part of the store is filled with costumes(which can get range from cheap/reasonable to unreasonably pricey), the rest of the store is a combination between vintage thrift shop and garage sale. There are knickknacks and doodads of all kinds, ranging from old postcards to bits and bobs for jewelry, to vintage glassware and strange pieces of art. It’s definitely an interesting place to look around, but there are two similar stores along State Street so it’s not really unique.
