Overall, not very satisfied with my experience with this company. At the beginning, the companies customer service was great. Once work began, that’s where the issues began. Since termite treatment is kind of invisible, I can’t really comment on it other then they came and did the treatment. My biggest concern is when their«in house carpenters» did some repair work that was needed. The work was done, but done cheaply and messy. I could have had a laborer do the same repair work, for a ¼ the price(they also did not paint the new work… that was an extra charge) Some repair locations were forgotten altogether. I also have been waiting for two weeks now for an estimate from them for some other damage that was located during the inspection. I think I’ll just take my business elsewhere… especially if their carpentry is at such a low level of quality.

What ever you do, don’t use this company. They cancelled my first appointment and rescheduled the next day. Called to verify and they indicated their tech would be out between 11:00 to 11:30 am. Did not show up at all. Called at 1:30. They wanted to reschedule again. I Said forget it and called another company. Lost two days of work. How does a company like this stay in business?
