They had an awesome sale when I went by. Some items were 90% off! I ended up getting 2 fairly large photo albums for $ 15 a piece. There were also some large picture frames for less than $ 5 that I was considering. The people in front of us ended up getting these decorative boxes/containers with a wood look for $ 4 a piece. When they found out how cheap they were, they ended up going back to get all of the ones in stock.

Honestly, I’m very surprised this place is still open. My office is down the street so I sometimes roam during my lunch. Something wrong always happens when I come in. Either they are understaffed, somethings out of stock, or the employees just lack knowledge about something I need help with. But two things never change with this store: their absolute horrible customer service(seriously it’s like a prerequisite to be rude to work here) and their horrible prices. Only come here if you absolutely need to.

I came in with five prints all of irregular sizes. Johanna was quick, friendly, and incredibly helpful. All around great experience and my prints look amazing.

Normally, I’ve had good experiences at other locations, but I was very dissatisfied with the woman who helped with the framing of my artwork. I went in for a simple black frame and not only did she only give me the most expensive framing options initially(frame, glass, etc.), she didn’t tell me what my options were. When I was told the cost would be over $ 400, it seemed absurd for a standard poster with no mat. Then with a few changes to the materials and a less expensive black frame, it was under $ 150. Then, no one called me when my artwork was ready. I was really surprised at the lack of customer service. To make it worse, they also oriented the artwork the wrong way, so now I have to get a new picture wire put on. This is after I showed them which way it was supposed to go.

I’m not an artist, but for years I’ve had these ideas for a few water color paintings. Went in to Aaron Brothers actually looking for something else, but the staff was so friendly that I decided to get an idea of what I needed. Good thing they helped because I would have bought canvas instead of watercolor paper which would not have worked. Besides the excellent staff, the prices are great — they had a buy one brush get two free(so that’s 3 for the price of 1), plus they had a 40% off one item coupon if you sign up for their email. They have a great selection — I just wanted to get some supplies to paint these ideas, so didn’t want to buy the best, but didn’t want cheap paint and brushes — they had a great selection in every price range. I saw another reviewer comment that the prices are better than Michael’s and I believe it. Totally recommend this place.

I dropped off a painting to be put on stretcher boards last week, should be done next week. I’ll let you know how it looks! The employee was pretty helpful and it was cheaper than Michaels.
