I wish I couldn’t even give it a star! I give this place a F! What type of place using a smelly tell wipe down the tables! As I was eating my over Price pizza I had to deal with that wet dog smell. Then to make it worse the cheese wash disgusting on the Pizza! I regret not going to Pizza Hut! Never again I’ll eat there! Save your time and embarrassment cause it made me what to gag. They only give you 8 slices of pizza for a large! And it’s 20.24 cent! When I can get 4 medium box’s at Little Caesars pizza for the same amount.

The pizza was good, it was lightly baked so that the cheese was completely white. What I didn’t like was the Caesar salad. It looked like they took some strands of lettuce and ripped it once, the pieces were huge, and some of the green looked old.

I love their fresh ingredients, delicious selections of pizza and their pear, Gorgonzola salad is my very favorite. They have indoor/​outdoor seating and offer large portions.

Came here for lunch while shopping at South Coast. Boyfriend had the corn chowder and we shared the Carnitas and Tomatillo Salsa pizza which was the special of the day. SO DELICIOUS! Topped with red onions, lime, cilantro, and the carnitas was perfectly proportioned. It’s never hard to find a seat when I go. Service is good, the gentleman that brought out our food brought out extra plates and napkins without us having to ask. Tables were cleared in a timely manner so the next patron could have a seat. Well run establishment that I will not hesitate to go to again and again!

I don’t really eat pizza much anymore because it always makes me sick. Always too greasy and upsets my stomach.
I came here with a coworker for lunch. We called it in so we didn’t have to wait. Pizzas were hot and waiting for us when we arrived. Staff was nice. I got the BBQ chicken pizza, I missed the part where they put peppers on it. I’m not a fan of peppers so I picked them off. Other than that, it was fantastic. A lot of chicken on it too. They also put corn which I’ve never had on a BBQ pizza but it was tasty. It wasn’t greasy at all. It was so much pizza I couldn’t even finish it. He got the Mexican Pizza which looked so good, I think I’ll try that next time.
The outdoor patio is very nice as well. Working inside all day and never seeing sunlight it was nice to get some fresh air and sit on a comfy couch while scarfing down tasty pizza.

Environment is great. Pizza is decent. Iced mocha is terrible. They put it in a soda cup, which at first seemed odd. But then i realized I got more coffee in a soda cup than a regular iced coffee cup. But unfortunately they don’t have the right utensils to mix the syrup at the bottom of the cup into the coffee. So my first sip was a mouthful of syrup… I’m sitting here trying to mix my coffee with a straw.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE and really good pizza and sandwiches. We ordered 2 slices of cheese pizza for the kids, they both plowed through that, i got the tuna sandwich, mowed it, the wife ordered the california salad with chipotle ranch, she…(i ran out of gardening references)…place is better than your average pizza joint, customer service goes a long way when it comes to pizza places, specially around here… where there’s tons of them

Not all zPizza places are equal. These are franchises, so though the menu may be the same from one to another, the experience may not be.
This is in a small shopping center diagonally across from South Coast Plaza. We were headed with the kids (4 of them) to see Lion King at Segerstrom, so this seemed a safe bet.
The location seemed untidy. I hesitate to say dirty, but it was not clean either. Getting to the restroom to wash up requires one to walk thru where the food is being prepped, past an open office space that was all a jumble, to the back of the building. Not a pretty sight to walk through.
The posted menu is too high up on the wall. There are small pieces of paper covering up a line or two of most items. What’s covered up? Ingredients? Who knows. But definitely looks tacky and amateurish.
There is no Parmesan cheese, even the cheap granulated variety, on the tables or in sight in packets. Other locations have it in shakers at the tables.
There is ample seating both inside and out. That’s a plus.
Would you like jalapeños on the side with your pizza? 50 cents. No other zPizza we’ve been to charges for a few sliced peppers.
The saving grace for this location is that the 3 pizzas were good (though the sauce was under-​seasoned), as was the meatball sandwich. Otherwise this would be a 2* review.
Still, I doubt I would return. The Tustin location is so much better.

One of the cleanest z pizzas I have ever been in and the friendliest. I have been here twice this week didn’t even notice it from the street they should def put a sign out there. But if U love there pizza def come to this location slices have been hot and ready everytime I’ve been there plus you gotta love that 2 slice combo where a soda is only fifty cents ! Aweosme

Got the Berkeley vegan. This place is amazing!!! They’ll sub any pizza with vegan cheese! Love it. Will be coming back a lot!

Really good pizza. I got their tomatoe and basil pizza and it was delicious. My friend go their vegan pizza and the veggie patty tasted like delicious sausage. I would go back just for the Vegan pizza because it was that good.

Their kitchen closes before that actual closing time,. I called 20 min before they close and was told they would not take my order. (My bedroom window faces the back of their store so I live 30 seconds away).

Great pizza, great service! When going to South Coast Plaza, this will be my go to place. We had 3 working guys and destroyed an extra large, that was Huge by the way! Thanks Z Pizza!

Do not go here! My bf got food poisoning after having a salad! We know because that’s all he ate all day and plus he felt sick a couple hours after eating it. Shows how unsanitary they are. Plus, when he called to let them know the lady on the phone was not even apologetic at all! Can’t even apologize! She sounded like a careless b***! Never coming here again and I’ll make sure to tell everyone I know!

I usually never give a bad review but my experience last night was terrible. I called in an order for pick up and the pizza was made right away. However, they forgot to make the salad so I had to go back to pick it up. Not too big of deal until I get to the salad.
The pizza I had that night was OK and honestly made me feel like crap the next day. The salad I saved for the next day. Little did I know I would find a surprise. A huge chunk of wood… I know zpizza’a memo is to make a healthy pizzas and salad but I think that may be a little too far…
That’s the last time I’ll order pizza from this location. It’s unfortunate since it is so close.

Last night we ordered a pizza online and feeling a bit saucy (pun intended), in the special instructions section we wrote, «We think ZPizza is better than Dominos. But they are totally owing it on Reddit. If you write a joke/​drawing on the box, we’ll post it for ZPizza!» I mean, that’s a thing now, right?
And they totally delivered! (Pun also intended). Not only was the pizza delicious as always, but you came up big in going the extra mile customer service-​wise to humor your customers. Thank you ZPizza on Bristol in Santa Ana for making our night!!! (We wish we knew which pizza maker person did the drawing so that we could give them a shout out too.)

So, really the pizza and salad should be rated 4 stars, but every time I eat here, my tummy goes on strike. Not sure if it’s my low level lactose intolerance, but it’s not like I can’t eat pizza in other places. Not sure what the deal is.
That aside, I do like the pizza Margherita here and think the crust is some of the best, especially for a quick service restaurant. It’s convenient, quick and tasty. I just wish it sat more evenly on my stomach.

When you’re shopping around town, especially near South Coast, and you’re not wanting to drop bills on a huge meal, there is Z pizza, which is super yummy, healthy and quick. lets dish why.
This loc is in a shopping plaza off Bristol and is great. Staff is friendly, pizza is fresh and their combo deals cant be beat. I usually go with the 2 slices and drink combo. If the hubbster joins me, we order the pear gorgonzola salad to share which is mighty delish too. Pizza is cheesy, tasty and is filling. Yes, go ahead and grab soda to wash it down, its allowed at this healthier pizza
Perks: Gluten-​free, fresh variety of ingredients, and amazing creative tastes such as the Mexican Pizza with avocado and cilantro, yummy!
Awesome TIP: They deliver too! Be sure to call for deets on where exactly. I know there are parts of Costa Mesa they might not travel to, so be sure to call and ask.
OverALL: Simply marvelous for a pizza chain. Great quick fix for pizza pie. Worth a try!

Just shopping around in the south coast plaza and needed a quick bite to eat. Stumbled upon this pizza place that really caught my eye. They have an open kitchen style and you can see the fire inside the wood fired oven. The menu was very large with lots of seasonal options. Great staff that is so friendly with huge smiles.
Loved the flavor of my margarita pizza. I added prosciutto and it made my pizza too salty. User error lol. But over all great flavor and quality for a pizza I got to go.
