my husband has been using this service for more than a month, the service people here are very helpful and caring, but the office manager Barley customer service claims to be the manager, is very rude and unprofessional. I have ask to give me a summary of services rendered and refused, claims sent it all! He just hangs up and keeps avoiding the call and refused to give me all my receipts.

This is a non emergency medical transport service. I used the service to transport my 89 year old from a skilled nursing facility in Yorba Linda to a medical appointment at St. Jude Medical Plaza. Their motto is «Taking you where you need to go is our commitment». They forgot to mention that picking you up is really when they feel like getting around to it. I called them at 10:30 am for pick up after the appointment(it went to voicemail), I called them again at 10:40(again to voicemail), I called at 10:50(voicemail). Finally at 11am I called and spoke to a human being, he said he would order the van but it would be another 30 – 45 minutes. The van finally showed up at 12 noon, the driver seemed very surprised that my first call to Xtra Care was at 10:30. The cost of service is $ 75.00. If I could give negative stars I would. Don’t use this service!
