Ok everyone, I did as WSS CUSTOMER SERVICE said and left them a personal message with my phone number AND one with their corporate headquarters and no one has called me back to rectify this problem! They seem to have only wanted to look good in their response. I’m here to tell you, they don’t really care about their reputation.

I purchased a 30 dollar gift card on Saturday September 5th around 3pm. I paid cash. Never thinking there would be a problem i did not keep the receipt. The person i gave it to called me today September 16th to let me know that he could not purchase anything using the gift card because there was no money. I called the number myself and in fact, there was nothing. Im giving a 1 star review because employees need to make sure they are doing their job. And again, i should have double checked, yet i didnt nor did i think there would be an issue. I will be going to the store and see what they can do about it. Im not looking forward into losing 30 bucks.
By the time he contacted me WSS had closed if not i would have been down there right away.

We walked in at 8:40 and they close and 9! I was expecting mean faces since it was close to closing time but I was wrong!
Place is well maintained. Sizes were easy to find. Greeted by the nice security guard. The gentlemen on the floor was very sweet asking if we needed help. The cashier was so friendly. Times like these I wish I would have gotten down names.
Keep up the great work guys! I will be back!

I came to this WSS during summer and I purchased 2 pairs of super cute madden girl sandals. They turned out being defective and I came back to return the sandals turns out the store did not want to return or exchange them because they were worn and I did not have a receipt. Of Course the sandals are worn, and i no longer have the box or the receipt, needless to say, back when I bought them I wasn’t expecting this to happen. Hello!!! It’s a freaking defect!!! Im returning because they are defective, after one wear the right foot heel part fell off. Looked like a faulty glue job. I was not a happy camper. Having to call the district manager to get your needs met, not the best course of action. WSS really needs to get their act together. First and last time I purchase anything here.

Sundays not busy, I mean for what I saw. Waited outside so my husband can see some shoes just cuz the security was acting stupid, for real couldn’t take my diaper bag in. Omg wss on main is ghetto. But on the service husband said they kool gave them a 3 and at the end didn’t have the shoe he wanted. Never going there agin. Discrimination Against moms with baby’s!

If you are a shoe fanatic like my friends are, you’d know about this place. I never got into shoes so I can’t be precise, but I do know that this place gets a lot of loyal customers…
I recall this place past 10 years ago even. The younger, more daring and agile version of us lads (at the time) would find ourselves in line for the new Jordans. Well, my friends did at this place. Weekends were for sleeping in for me at those younger times. I just wanted to sound dedicated enough to be shoe-​junkie worthy. Note that I said «sound dedicated» LMAO
Bookmark this place. You may find a shoe you’re looking for that you haven’t found anywhere else. Found me a pragmatic pair of bball hightops that I’m way overdue for (keep rolling on my ankles). Comfy and at a great price too! Getting old but trying to turn back the clock that’s all…
