I had a appointment with Magy at 1 and she didn’t get there till 230. She had me waiting for a whole hour and a half. She kept telling the girl who was there that she was only 5 mins away. After that she did my ombré but I hate it. She left a big visible line, I had to go get it fix else where. She kept on talking on the phone while doing my hair and also to her other clients waiting. She kept on having conversations that were NOT for a work place.(plastic surgery, religion, having babies) I would NEVER recommend this salon and will definitely NEVER go back. Overall bad service by the owner alone.

I like how they do the highlights here but DONT ever get an ombré here i did my hair with Magui shes so nice and friendly but i was NOT satisfied with my hair, you could see the lines of the ombré and it looks like i have highlights i did not get one solid color on the bottom, overall i will never come back and they are somewhat pricy!

I cleared my schedule to get my hair done with Maggie & when I got there she was over booked. I had scheduled the appointment many days in advanced & the day of I called to confirm. I feel that it is very unprofessional! This is the second time that this happens. At first I didn’t make a big deal about it but the second time it was just too much. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time.

Daniela is the girl that does nails here and she is AMAZING. Talented and reasonable. She does the most fantastic 3D designs. If you like the Tokyo style but don’t want to pay a million dollars at Hime or Atlas Studios, you gotta come here. She is only by appointment and only accepts cash !
