Great Products! The U-​box is the best thing I had ever bought. It delivered all my expectations and simplified my viewing selections. The staff were very helpful and the support team was great!

Bought the Ubox and became a Ubox distributor trying to save $ and possibly make some $ Sighhht!
1 Ubox $ 399+tax total $ 450 Distributor Fee $ 50.00 What a headache setting it up, after 4 – 5 hours of fiddling with it.
Attempted to get the Ubox customer service. Good Luck! Customer Service call a day later.
No USA cable channels or HD, but lots of nice graphics with poor picture quality that when you click some do not work.
This is a cheap Chinese product, pretending to be a high end gold plated technology cable replacement. At my cost the Ubox was sent back, due to false product misrepresentation.
After waiting for a call back from customer service, as they never answer the phone.
I was told refund was on it’s way. 30 days later, no luck. E-​mail no answer back. Call and left a message stating by the end of the day if no answer, a small claim was going to be file.
Received a call saying your $ 399.00 were on their way. Explain reason for also requesting
the distributor $ 50 fee refund and unwillingness to be part of a misrepresented product with no luck. Out of this experience dealing with Uway Direct money loss $ 124.00 I can not sell a product the fools you, into believing is a good product.
What a Rip Off! Ultra High end piece of poop.

If you want to pay $ 450 for an item that is easily found much cheaper online, go ahead.
The staff is very nice and helpful, I’ll give them that. But a lot of the movies I wanted to see, which were the newer films, were in terrible quality. The ones with better quality tend to be the older movies. I tried to find the latest seasons of «Better call saul» and «The walking dead», nope not there either. See my pictures in this review of what I saw when I tried to download these shows. The UI is also not as simple to use either.
To make matters worse, when I came the next day (less than 24 hours later) to return the item, they would not give me a full refund and kept a portion as a repackaging fee. Not cool.
I would advice my friends and family to save their money and look online for a much cheaper alternative. If I didn’t like you I would recommend you waste your hard earned money on this product.
