They were able to replace a cracked ipad air screen, for about $ 20 cheaper than a couple of other places I looked at. It was convenient, new screen looks good, no complaints here.

I would give 5 starts if I can. The customer service is great and the staff is very friendly. They go out of their way to help you and explain every detail. You have to understand to unlock a phone is not easy if they can do it they let you if they can’t they tell you know up front. I make my payments here. They unlock a T-​mobile phone works great. I cracked my iPhone last time they fixed it. I recommend this please. I encourage people to judge for themselves and then write a review.

I came here after calling a few places about a quote on a cracked iPhone 5c screen. This place did it for $ 65 including labor and a screen protector! Eduardo was very helpful and explained what the process would be like and was very kind. Fast forward to three hours later and my phone screen looks band new. Defiantly recommend this place for fixing cracked screens.

This place is awesome came to unlock 3 of my I phone 5s and they were ready for pick up early the next day… Other places I inquired required me to leave the phone 5 – 7 days. Eduardo was very helpful and the price was reasonable. I highly recommend this place

I’m not sure what the other person is doing or not doing, but I unlock all my Iphones here and the price is more then reasonable, and I always get the best service and more importantly they fix whatever issue you have, and in a VERY timely manner.

2 words to describe this place = BAD NEWS. This is place is a joke, or bad news… or however you want to put it. If you are looking to get your phone unlocked, be VERY careful with what they tell you. DO NOT give them money up front (especially cash, since it’s all sales final). Many of the signs are in Spanish, so be prepared to read them or have your Google Translate handy.
The experience we had with this company was EXTREMELY POOR. Here’s the story:
Roommate needs his iPhone 5S unlocked from Japan.
Goes to this store based on recommendations.
Store says they can do it for about $ 200, but it would take 7 – 10 days.
We are going on 24 days here with no unlocked phone!
Store keeps saying they will call us back with an update, but they never did — we had to call them and ask/​demand
Went into the store to inquire of the status — store associate says there’s nothing they can do, as they used a third party to «unlock» the phone, so it is out of their control as it is «processing». Really?!? You charge money for a service that is not provided in the time frame promised. At this point, a refund should be given. They refuse to give a refund, as they do not want to eat the cost they paid whoever (if this person even exists) to have this service performed. Bottom line: if you want your phone unlocked, don’t depend on these clowns to do it directly for you — they outsource this service, so be prepared to burn your money if you give them any business.
Extremely disappointed and aggravated — tried to give the small fish in a big pond some business, and they can’t do the job. Shut this place down already.
