I have experienced more outages in the past 4 months than I ever did with my former ADSL provider, who provided that service for 5 years. I’ve been with TWC Biz Class for the past 1.5 years and I have experienced one too many outages. Today, my internet access of 16×2 was paralyzed and I had NOTELEPHONIC services for my biz because I converted to VoIP and Time Warner crippled my business abilities. I had to SCREAM just to be heard because no one was doing anything. All of the sales people disconnected their lines to avoid calls from irate customers, which I understand are about 5,000 business and residential customers in the Tustin, California area. When I messaged my frustrations on their Facebook page they wound up blocking my future posts and messages. I was left to wait for tech support to arrive. However, they didn’t fix my phones(yes, I kept one physical line) or my internet. Rather, I was told that it may be fixed tonight or by 11:00AM Wed — the day before Thanksgiving. Jokingly I was told that I might want to take Wed off. Instead of telling people that I used TWC, I’m going to start telling them why I loathe it!
