My wife and I have pretty much tried tacos from every single taqueria in town, this taco truck will def be our go to spot. We ordered to go and they neatly included limes, all their salsas(guacamole is self serve), grilled onions, sliced radishes, & cilantro/onion mix. We prepared them to our taste(everything on tacos). Tried asada, chicken, pastor. Everything was delicious and fresh, red sauce and guac were my favorite. There was a line like always but it goes by fast. Definitely our taco spot now!

The tacos here are the best! The lines go by quickly, even though they do get pretty long sometimes. El Pastor is the delicious! If you are a student looking for a late night snack around the area, and you have a car, then this is the place to go.

Favorite taco truck I frequented as an undergrad at UCI. Worth the drive. $ 1 per taco, si señor! Their horchata is also great, a bit too sweet but having the ice melt a bit helps.

Hands down 100% THEBESTTACOTRUCK in ALL of OC. Big Bold Statement here. This place is truly a hidden gem in OC! I love tacos, I eat tacos about 2 – 3 times a week, so I definitely know a good truck from a bad truck. My favorite spots USED to be Rigoberto’s Taqueria Truck and El Chavito Truck, but not anymore! I’ll say it again, this place is THEBESTTACOTRUCKINALLOFOC… here are some reasons why: –the tacos are only $ 1 –this truck is open until 3AM(thank the heavens for we have a solution for drunk munchies) –this is the ONLY taco truck in OC that has a rotating spit for the Al Pastor. THISISTHEONLYWAYTHATALPASTORTACOSSHOULDBESERVED! –delicious salsa –freaking delicious tacos. Yah, I know what your thinking, tacos that normally go for $ 1 taste horrible. NOTHERE! With 4.5 stars on Unilocal, this is definitely the spot to go to for Tacos. Come early if possible, the line for this taco truck gets long! I’m talking Grand Opening of The Halal Guys Costa Mesa long! This truck is so insanely delicious that(last night) there was already a line already forming around the area where the truck would park! Crazy right!?? There was no truck present, but people were still willing to go early just to line up for first dibs! Still to this day, its still blows my mind. Its one for thing for people to wait in line early for a restaurant, but I haven’t never heard of people lining up early for a food truck… especially a taco truck! UNTILTHEN! ^-^

Still my favorite late night taco-burrito binge spot. My usual is the Pastor, and preferably in a burrito with no salsa. Super satisfying. A must try.

Went to this place because everytime we drive by we see a long line so we figured the food must be good. The tacos de Asada weren’t anything special at all. Everything was plain the meet didn’t really have any kind of flavor and the salsas tasted like they were watered down. This was my first and definitely the last time I will ever buy tacos from here. It was definitely NOT worth the wait!

I didn’t know about this until my friend told me. I believe that they are parked there around 9pm-ish. It usually gets pretty busy and the line gets long, but I think the food is SOOOO worth it. You will find all sort of different people in line, which I really like. Families usually stay around and sit in the parking lot that is right next to the truck. I usually do the same with my friends because I really can’t wait to dig in after I get my tacos! They offer a variety of meats, but I usually get carne asada tacos with no beans. It comes with beans and grilled onions. TELLTHEMIFYOUDON’T WANTTHEMINCLUDED. The grilled onions are pretty good, but sometimes it’s overwhelming because they include a lot! The carne asada is absolutely delicious because there’s so much flavor and the meat is TENDER. Also, help yourself to the sauces! I usually put a bit of the red, green, and avocado salsas in along with the onions and cilantro! BESTPARTISTHATTHETACOSARE $ 1EACH. CANITGETBETTER? I DON’T THINKSOOMG. The portions are pretty good for the prices, in my opinion! I really recommend this place. It’s the definition of some bomb street food and vibe :) P. S.CASHONLY!

Best tacos for $ 1 after 9:30 pm. It’s only cash and it’s a family friendly food truck. Actually everyone is friendly and nice. I’ve met white ppl to friendly Asian ppl in line. It’s really all kinds ppl coming together. You will find kids hanging out with the entire family eating out. If you can handle waiting in line and no more the 20 – 30 minute wait. Love the chopped up fresh radishes. Loved the red and green salsa, it has a good burning kick. So if you love spicy. Oh yeah baby this is for you! Love the Lengua tacos absolutely tender with perfect balanced flavors. Small small tortillas tacos but remember they are $ 1.00 but they are generous with their meat servings. So don’t fret I will assure you your $ 1 will go long ways. Absolutely pure satisfaction. It’s a must checkout especially if you have a midnight craving.

Been to nearly all of the taco trucks here in Santa Ana, and this one is by far the best! I usually get pastor and asada tacos. $ 1 tacos, $ 5 burritos, $ 1 horchata. Open until 3 everyday except monday they’re closed. If you’re reading this, go try it. CASH.

If I lived closer to this truck I’d go here everyday. 1 dollar tacos and horchata! Tacos are always on point and they have buckets of salsa so you can slather on as much as you want. All of my Hispanic friends who complain about the lack of good taco joints in the oc LOVE this place!

I’m so happy this taco truck exists. I am going to be their number one fan. Also glad not too many people know them on Unilocal cause I don’t want to have to wait in long lines but I’m sure word will get out soon. I’ve been told there are long lines here starting at 9PM. Truck opens till 2AM thank goodness. Late night munchies. Their carne asada and pastor tacos are soo goood. They have serve it yourself sauces and condiments. Cashhhh. Their salsa is INCREDIBLYSPICY Horchata also YUM! Tuesdays and weekends i believe.

I’ve read about this place and how everyone sings their praises for great food. I show up to try it; and the truck isn’t parked here? I call the number, no answer. What gives? Did they move? Unilocal says they are open and all of the reviews say they are open late … Where are they?

8pm on a Friday the line was about 25 people deep. was expecting big things from the great looking pastor on the trompo. pastor needed some char. marinade was solid but all in all i’d rather go with tapatia or original mulitas. asada quesadilla was a little sad. small. i feel like i could have made it at home. this place needs char on their pastor, and handmade tortillas. 5 star average is a little confusing.

The consistent crowd of people at all random times of the day validates how legit this truck is. Pretty much all you need to know… $ 1 tacos = bomb. Carne asada is the best. Al pastor is a close second. The red sauce is spicy and delicious. I don’t eat the gnarlier stuff but my friends like the lengua too. Highly recommend! For a lunch break, drunk munchies, quick bite… This truck meets all of the above.
