Beautiful space with multiple infinity walls for photography. Large room is perfect for large parties and event and the venue has a full kitchen. John and Jeromy are great people to work with and that makes a huge difference.

I just want to say that after shooting at Studio Exchange one week a month for four months, John has made my crew and clients feel like family. I can’t say we have ever been treated better at a rental studio. Thanks John for all that you have done to help us feel at home and for all the kindness and extras you have extended to us. I almost don’t want to go back to my own studio. You are the best!

Amazing space! It’s like you can host nearly anything here, from photo shoots and dance workshops to parties and fundraisers! Everyone that works there is very friendly, and the space itself is very welcoming as well!

Great space for dance workshops hosted by CADC and the studio! Mirrors are convenient and space is large enough to hold 20+ dancers :)

This review is focused on The Spot Light open mic hosted at Studio Exchange. In regards to the location, I was pretty confused on how it’s in this corporate storage area but feeling the place out, it’s a pretty safe place, the only intimidation is the amazing talent in the building. Any who here is my take on this event: the event starts relatively on time at 8:05 — 8:10 and ends at 11pm. There’s parking in front of the building and more parking in the back. Sofas outside if you need a breathe of fresh air or just to socialize. The vibes are pretty chill as it’s a PG13 kind of place, you get an eclectic group consisting of high school, college, and adults. Jeromy is a great host, the talent and performances consist of diverse instruments (guitar to sax, magicians, comedians, and spoken word. If you don’t have any plans or need an idea for a date night, check out The Spot Light every 2^nd and 4^th Wednesday of the month!
TL;DR:
* Light refreshments (pizza, chips, coffee) are reasonably cheap
* Great vibes especially if you want to avoid the big cit hustle and bustle

Awesome place to hold photoshoots, parties, and dance classes. With three different rooms, all equipped with huge speakers, this studio is a phenomenal place to hold any event. I’ve personally attended a dance workshop at this studio and I was very impressed with the friendly and accommodating staff.

Great facility! Rooms ranging from big to small, bathrooms are always clean, never had to worry about parking (and it’s free), includes a full kitchen, and staff is always welcoming and really easy to talk to! (: need space for a photoshoot, party, event, or dance classes? This is the perfect place! They also just added mirrors in the big room.

Studio exchange is a second home to me. If it weren’t for the wonderful space and friendly owners I wouldn’t use this space to dance, shoot, and record. On top of that, the owner is open to renting out the space to host community events. I have been to an open mic night here and even helped organize a dance workshop for my dance team. I enjoy every moment here and I look forward to working with the owner John in the near future.

Studio exchange is awesome! The facility is great! So much space. I personally dance there. If it wasn’t for this place, I would be dancing out in the cold.

A great space for photoshoots and filming. This space is also great for dance team rehearsals because they just got new mirrors. I also know that they have held special events there like talent shows and parties, dance workshops, etc. The owner, John, is really flexible and is also very accommodating. Go to Studio Exchange!

My husband and I just celebrated 20 years of marriage and we wanted to host a 1920’s speakeasy-​themed anniversary party to celebrate and thank our dear friends and family. We were looking for a non-​traditional event venue that we could transform into a «secret» 1920s bar /​night club and fortunately we found Studio Exchange. From the first time I spoke with John, the owner, he was eager to have us host our event there. Throughout the planning process and the event, John was very helpful and accommodating. On the day of the event, Randy, one of the managers was also very helpful. We rented Studio B and the full kitchen which was just right for our 50 guests. The rental fee was reasonable and we really appreciated having access to tables, chairs and some props which we rented for a small fee. Another benefit of having our party here was that we had complete control over what food and beverages we served — no contracts with catering companies, no restrictions on liquor, etc.
The party was a huge success with tons of positive feedback from our guests. I would highly recommend considering Studio Exchange as a unique venue for a party or event. Thank you Studio Exchange for helping to make our celebration a fantastic event for all!

Hands down the best studio in all of socal. Huge, spacious and loaded with gear. Cove f is massive. Great place for photoshoots and filming.
