Staff is very polite. There’s long lines and very little cashiers. It would be rather better if there were more cashiers though. Other than that is a great store.

Usually long lines but most of the staff are helpful and friendly. Others should really find another job so I stay away of those and go to the nice staff members. Wish I could remember the names of the good ones, I will have to do another review when I get all of their names.
Some food prices are reasonable when they are on sale, some veggies and fruit can be found at other markets for cheaper but overall taking into consideration the raising gas prices it’s not that bad plus saving time.

This location is huge and always stocked with fresh produce. Everyone is friendly and willing to assist you. Fast checkout service, especially if they see long lines, they open more checkouts. Less crowds in the morning.

My mom fell in love with this place. She’s a big fan of smart and final so she was excited when she saw the «coming soon» sign. This is our new spot to buy our groceries, its clean and organize but best of all it’s down the street from our house.

Well I’m not sure that we needed another Smart & Final here in Santa Ana, especially since there’s one 2 miles south & another 2 miles north… on the same street: P
Grand opening… opened up yesterday & thru the end of today you get a FREE reusable bag… which I got! Sometimes this place does have some good deals… but they’re not all good deals… you’ll have to shop around & use your calculator to figure out what the best buys are. I actually take a photo of the items I know I’ll be in need of soon… that way when I’m at another store, I can compare that item to the photo & see where it’s really cheaper.
But of course if you need to buy bulk… then this is the place to go… that is, if you don’t already have a club card at those other places. I’ll probably be coming here semi-often…when I see great deals in the junk mail ads… they do sometimes have great prices on the First Street brand 2 pound bag of shredded cheese: D
