I went to the showroom in Santa Ana to look at their products today. The sales girl was super nice and very helpful as well as very knowledgeable. I can see why they’ve gotten so many positive reviews I ended up buying their Fuzion + RMS version for my iPhone 6s Plus. Very happy with my purchase. She even gave me a discount making it cheaper than any price I’ve found online! First class company and product. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy their products.

Fantastic phone cases and a great deal at twice the price. I own a termite control and repair company. I got them for all of my employees because they were frequently breaking their phones. They also make an excellent Christmas gift and they ship fast.

Love the case for my iPhone 6. I heard about them from KFI Radio ads. I ordered online and shipping was fast.
I had already cracked my screen 3 times this year so a case was a must have. The magnet on the back is the best feature. I stick my phone to walls and all kinds of things at work and I don’t lose it or drop it anymore. Yay!

Called today for a warranty replacement and dealt with Sloan. Unfortunately my case was out of warranty. Instead of letting me off the phone Sloan offered me a discount to purchase a new case. Her customer service was amazing and she made me want to do future business with this company. VERY impressed.
As for the product, this company makes a great iPhone case. I attach the case to my mountain bike and it works perfectly! I also love the magnet feature on the back.

I am extremely impressed with this business! I was on the phone back and forth with «Ash» concerning a few phone cases for my bosses. She told me to come in and she would help me with whatever I needed, I went in the first time and was in and out within 10 minutes and got everything I needed that day. I went in a second time this morning for my other boss, and it went just as smoothly the first time. They were able to help me out with everything I needed. Everyone in there was extremely nice and they have GREAT customer service. I usually don’t write reviews on businesses but I was so happy with this service, I had to, plus great phone cases. I highly recommend this place!!!

Really quite disappointed with my recent purchase.
Definitely won’t be buying again.
This was my second purchase and Rokform’s second screw up. Also, I wasn’t really that excited with either product.
Nothing major, just shorted items from both orders. 1^st order, the «Waterproofing kit» was missing. 2^nd order, the «Car mount» was missing.
Slightly more irritating, on my first order, however was the near impossibility of getting my fingers to the the side buttons on my Galaxy S3. Rokform support offered no help whatsoever. So, I actually had to take a file and an Xacto knife to the case to make the buttons useable.
Unacceptable for a $ 40 case.
My second order, a case for my new Galaxy S5. Contained a case with fairly rough, even sharp moulding lines and a magnet with much less hold power than my last case. Big surprise here, Rokform support offered no answers to these issues. Actually going out of their way to ignore these details in my various emails.
So, that’s the scoop.

I have a Rokform Bike mount for my phone. A little tab broke off of the mount. I emailed Rokform and quickly received a response. I emailed them a photo of the item and they put a new one in the mail. I payed nothing for this service. Thank you, Britney Barton for the help.

I have Rokform’s Pro Series Bike Mount for my iPhone 5. A little tab broke off the mount — likely due to rough handling on my part. The remaining 3 tabs held my phone securely until I got home. I called Rokform’s office to inquire about purchasing a replacement part. They informed me that they’d send one out at no charge. Realizing that they are just a few miles from me I stopped by their retail store in Santa Ana. The guy there tossed me a bag with two replacement parts and three mounting screws. Now I’m covered if I break the tab again.
If you’re in the area, you should stop by the showroom. One of the cool things they offer is the ability to assemble your own custom mountable case by choosing each part in any color from a series of bins. It’s like playing legos and you end up with personalized case to match your bike, etc.

I love these cases! I do not know what I would do with out the magnet accessory, it comes in handy! Also when calling to place your order it is so easy and quick, the girls are so nice! Best customer service ever!

Love their cases. Apparently they have a retail store in Santa Ana. I put one of their fashionably protective cases on my iPhone 4 and threw away my Otterbox immediately. Their cases are so much better. The girls up front were super helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back.
