Rodriguez Tire

I don’t like posting reviews but for this place I will because it’s a rip off. Came here wanting used tires. Never have I had a problem getting used tires because they last me about a year. After a week I noticed one of the tires was used to the point where it was not safe to drive with and after three weeks the other tire started opening and was not able to drive my car and called someone to pick me up. I went back to let the people know and they refuse to give my money back and said that was not their problem. That when someone buys used tires there is only 72 hours warranty and the lady claims to let every costumer know what they get into. When I told her she never said that she got offended because i called her a «liar”(truth hurts). Than when she asked why I didn’t come right away I told her I didn’t have time because I work and go to school and said it was not her problem that I should have came. Really? She acts like people don’t have responsibilities. Either way I don’t recommend anyone to come here. They don’t care about you or your safety. All they care about is money.

After getting 3 tires noticed my wheels were all scratched up. I expected more better service. Communication with management could’ve been better.

So far I bought 2 tires with them at different times and I’ve had to replace both in less than 3 months. I’d rather spend a little more and get a decent use. Will never go back.

Always will return!!! New rims and tires for a low cost and installed in no time! Super happy customer!

Recently purchased four nice used tires, later that evening one tire went flat and it was too late to call them to get it fixed. The next morning I worked early in the morning so I filled it up with air and was able to get to work. Kept calling all morning on Sunday to let them know about the problem, never picked up the phone. Finally, I got it fixed at a Goodyear service station since I was leaving on a long trip that same day. I called them when I came back from my trip and they said that he were there on Sunday and that they couldn’t do anything for me even though they have sold me a bad tire. BAD POLICY! WILL NEVER PURCHASE TIRES FROM THEM AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYBODY KNOWS ABOUT THIS.
